This whole thing is fucking ridiculous. How can anyone other than Sorba Thomas or the recipient of the screenshotted snapchat message have any idea about the context? I see some dickheads have decided he was being disrespectful because it wasn't a private plane. I also see some happy clappers try to claim he was saying it in a positive way because we usually travel by coach... yeah right but if makes you feel better then crack on with it. The reality is nobody has got a clue! The picture behind the caption could be completely irrelevant to the content. I message my friends on SC sometimes and the pictures can be completely random. So him calling the club a joke could be absolutely nothing to do with the aeroplane situation at all... Lots of people need to calm down. That being said. Warnock will be having a word - no doubt.

It was a private Snapchat from his private account that someone’s managed to obviously get hold of and decided to spread all over social media with a changed narrative when it’s actually a joke with rest of his team mates and staff!

Enlighten us, what was the joke? That they were actually flying instead of travelling on a coach as they usually do !!! Nothing negative think he was actually buzzing , it’s the way kids speak these days

Why are you looking to make Sorba look a saint when you've no clue? And neither do I.

Enlighten us, what was the joke? No one knows, bar Sorba and whoever he was sending it to. In the same way only they know if it wasn't a joke. The way someone else deduces it depends on how they feel about Sorba.

Enlighten us, what was the joke? I'd like it if the joke was... "Guys, what random crap shall I post that means nothing but that will antagonise that small proportion of whiny sacks of shite amongst our fan base that will help deflect some of the pressure away from the rest of you guys...cos its no skin off my nose what a fan says about me, I was mixing concrete on a minimum wage 3 or 4 years ago and now I've been to a World Cup and I'm pocketing £x000 a week and flying home from work on a plane...living my best life...brrrrraaap braaaap...LOSERS".

Has anyone for a second thought that maybe supporting him rather than jumping down his throat every time he breathes may be beneficial?

So he hasn't once flown to a game while at Town? That'd be surprising I believe Cowley stopped us flying for games. Because he had a right strop after Bristol City, where we were mullered 5-2 and called out Reece Brown, Isaac Mbenza, Adam Diakhaby and Terence Kongolo. If my memory serves right he said that the players were 'pampered' after they flew down and that he was 'ashamed' of the performance Town put in given the miles the fans would have drove. I can't recall a time since that they have flown down for a game, because even without this picture from Sorba, I knew they had flown down, because Diarra posted a picture of them flying down. Seems to me like it is something Nagle is happy to fund and that is why they flew down. Unrelated but I think the first time Town ever flew anywhere was Southampton in the cup in 1994 under Warnock. Fans were able to buy tickets to travel with the team.

Rings a bell . League Cup match we lost ? Lost 4-0 (Le Tissier scored all 4). Drove there and back and was stopped on the M62 at about 3 am just before Windy Hill for speeding. Told copper where we had been and he let me off saying we had suffered enough! Saw Wagner and the team at Southampton airport after first PL season game.

I don't know whats going on and I'm not really bothered. What does bother me is the fact that its clear some people have it in for the guy for whatever reason. Its one thing after another, most of it is utter social media nonsense. Hes clearly not the brightest, Someone at the club needs to manage him.

Was it a replay or perhaps a 2 leg tie? Seem to remember we drew at our place and I was quite positive about going down there and doing a job on them...

The Coca-Cola Cup was two legs back then. We lost 5-0 on aggregate, Matt le Tissier scored all five. Obviously.

May I ask on behalf of us old ones, what is Green St? A hooligan film with Frodo Baggins in it And it was genuinely shite, with the worst accent ever committed to the big screen.

Thanks, I remembered the 4-0 drubbing down there but despite going to the game, the the deficit up here had been erased from my memory!

Diving header that somehow missed his enormous nose and hit his shoulder, for the goal at our place.

Obviously. 2nd leg at The Dell was still to this day the most incredible individual performance I have seen live. Just an absurdly talented footballer. It's astonishing to me that he was continually left out of England squads.
