Don't panic Luke ayling will fill that gap That would be a very good signing and i’d have to take back all the nasty names i’ve called him. If there was a left sided clone of him I'd be very happy with signing him, but how many right backs do we need?

AK First DayJust watched the video of his first day. The Watt Bike Fitness Test at the end is well worth watching. He gets 'motivated' very hard and looks absolutely knackered at the end of it. Just to cap it off he gets a pat on the back and a 'Welcome to Huddersfield Town'

Interesting, so he'd never met Leigh Bromby face to face until AFTER he'd signed?

Yep. I think this gives us options though. Apart from competition for the shirt, I wouldn't necessarily be averse to them both being on the pitch at the same time. Sorba looked decent at wing back with Pearson & Lees behind him & Sinani in front, drifting inside to make space for ST to run into & I can see Knockaert playing a similar role to Sinani. Alternatively, ST on the right of the "3" in a 4-2-3-1 with Knockaert in the middle of that 3 is something I can see working. I do worry about our left side though. The right looks pretty decent, but then on the left we look painfully weak. Agree. We have missed Sinani so it would make sense. We have missed Sinani. Some galaxy brains on here think that Rudoni is better though.

Sinani was average in a team that was doing well, he had games he played well in and others where he was just frustrating. Rudoni may not be better than him right now, in this failing team, but he will be better than Sinani, IMHO. Hopefully we will see that when we get the new recruits in place.

At 21 he's still got a long time to reach his peak. Sinani today is better than Rudoni but I expect 25 year old Rudoni to be a better player than 25 year old Sinani. Since we're playing that game, 25 year old Knockeart was better than 25 year old Sinani. Whether 31 year old Knockeart is fit to lace his boots is another matter. Time will tell

Genuinely haven't watched Sinani play since he left us. He could have grown an extra two heads for all I know.
Google tells me 1 goal in 15 league games. That's Wardy rate that is.

Time will tell I genuinely don't get it with Rudoni. To me he just looks poor. There's nothing there. He runs around, looks busy, tries hard etc but that's the bare minimum you should expect. It just underlines how little you get for a cool million these days IMO.

Sargent scored their first which I have a vague inkling of ... although it seems a decade ago.

I'm just mystified that you can't see his potential 🤷 Sorry, I just can't. Happy to be proven wrong though, in the long run. He has looked best for me when he has Diarra and Camara playing alongside him. They seem to be on the same wavelength. If Knockaert can still cut it, with those lads feeding him, we could be in for a much happier second half of the season. Once again IMHO.

Interesting, so he'd never met Leigh Bromby face to face until AFTER he'd signed? So he never met Bromby till after he signed. So what. Why do you have to put the word AFTER in capital letters ? I guess it’s to try and put a negative spin on the signing
