Genuinely haven't watched Sinani play since he left us. He could have grown an extra two heads for all I know. Google tells me 1 goal in 15 league games. That's Wardy rate that is. And that 1 goal.....

If he had just signed for Hull City, I would have been very worried for Saturday. Good signing.

A step on the right direction this signing he can be a lazy twat but heโs also showed flashes of brilliance throughout his career hope heโs going to give it a proper go and not just piss around for the money but heโs talking a good game. we will all get behind the team and the player and hope he gives 100% this is without doubt an interesting and exciting signing UTT

Interesting, so he'd never met Leigh Bromby face to face until AFTER he'd signed? So he never met Bromby till after he signed. So what. Why do you have to put the word AFTER in capital letters ? I guess itโs to try and put a negative spin on the signing It's not a negative spin at all, thats what you're doing. My point is that LB has previously (and as recently as this summer) spoken about the recruitment process, with him as a key part of that process and coaches providing 'input'. Its just an observation that I would have expected them to have met face-to-face or on video during interviews to see if AK's character and aspirations meet what we're after. Found it interesting that they seemingly hadn't met at all ahead of AK coming through the door. Previously LB has stated that he is a part of that pre-signing process - trainingground.guru/articles/how-huddersfield-are-developing-uncut-gems-like-sorba-thomas - "I sat with our Head of Recruitment during the presentations and watched how the players took on the information. Those meetings were deliberate and helped us in terms of getting the right people into the building.โ The recent messaging is maybe that there's been a change in focus and they're *perhaps* letting the footballing needs drive the recruitment?

It's an interesting observation that he'd apparently not met Bromby before arriving at the club. I wonder how much Bromby is actually now involved in our signings and negotiations with players and their agents these days. Is he involved at all or is it mainly the remit of Emry Humphreys as the Head of Player Recruitment

Just when will he be available? If he has not trained since he last played (3rd Jan/36 mins) then I suspect it could be a fortnight or longer at least before we see him. Was AK a target to bring in during this transfer window? if so why didn't we move sooner?...........Like before the 1st Jan & before he got *ucking injured on the 3rd.

The foot bruising is something they can overcome but a half fit AK is not what we need. Besides the fact he wouldn't be effective he would be more likely to injure himself, and he has previous for this. Also if he played 20 minutes and was blowing out of his arse you would hear the collective moan at the John Smiths in Lindley. Get him fully fit before he starts. I am sure he has one or more PTs on his case every day in the gym.

As a club we have no hope, if our fans are turning up there noeses at Anthony Knockeart . The lad still has more quaility in him than a lot of our options simple as that . If you are turning up your nose at this guy, then who the hell do you think we should be singing . Messi, ronaldo- Gakpo ? who the hell are town going to sign that would please you and show ambition ? deary me. He played in this league last season , he is still playing in the greek prem so he will be up to speed and like i say still has undouted ability to creat and score goals . Plus the mentaility side of it is key ,players like him and lawton are not use to losing at this level, they will not accept slack and will drive the playerson around them to be better. For me if AK ic coming in its an absoulte no brainer he can still do it , he is what 31 HELLO we have just given Lees a new three year deal, this guy will offfer a lot. The oppisition will be a lot more wary of us with him in the side then currently is the case. But isnโt that black and white, is it. If weโre talking peak Knockaert, fine, rant away. But weโre not. The reality is, if you care to take a look, that he hasnโt played even close to 90 mins football in over 1.5 seasons. In fact, barring one game two months ago when he played 72 mins, he hasnโt played more than 45 this season. And last season he made a grand total of 4 appearances in the champ, totalling 31 mins! And letโs not start making out the Greek super league is now some sort of colossus of European football. His ability isnโt in doubt. So for me, unless someone else comes in, pinning our creative hopes on his fitness is a big gamble. If only there was some way the club could have looked at his stats for the last two seasons to review the risksโฆ.

That was the potential turning point for us. 2-0 up and we decided to sit back and defend. Forget the Blackpool fiasco, this was the game Iโll look back on this season and think we missed a huge opportunity there.

What's happened to this guy? Why is he not available, have I missed something? Been listed as absent for personal reasons on the club website, Warnock mentioned something about him being in France for a family matter last week. By all accounts he's very close to his family and has had a hard time with grief previously in his career. Hope he's alright above all.

According to the pre-match press conference he was back in training, but only just so unlikely to feature. But Warnock said the same about Holmes ๐คทโโ๏ธ.
