A table version of the next month to visualize where we need points. Quite a few interesting "6 pointers" in there. All to play for Updated 13/04 - all chocolate eaten, now in a food coma. Looking a lot better for town now after the easter break. With the sky shenanigan's find it strange we've such a huge break between Sunderland and Cardiff. On one hand the squad will be well rested and drilled, and you could argue Cardiff will be knackered going into it. On the other could argue it will stifle our momentum particularly if we get good results against Swa/Sun. In our hands at least, no doubt Colin the messiah will guide us to a few more points yet.

I actually think we have just about the best run in.
Watford are in a mess, Wilder knows it (see his interview at the weekend?) Swansea and Sunderland will, by then, have nowt really to play for. Cardiff and Reading are both vital;, but hugely winnable. Blackburn on Monday will be tough but we can get something. And by then Sheff U will probably be up. The 4 teams above us all play Burnley, plus Sheff U, WBA, Norwich and Luton will all have a big say. The hope can be a killer, but this is the most optimistic I've been all season.

I've just said this to a Keighley lad who works for our client LKW Walter in Austria. After Millwall, but especially after Saturday I feel like we'll be safe before the final game. Which 3 weeks ago I'd have thought I'd been on shrooms, lsd AND crack if I'd thought that

Trouble is after Bristol City (probably even before that) I’d resigned myself to league one, now I’m 80% sure we’re gonna stay up!!! I’m worried now I’m gone disappointed again!! The joys of supporting town! Amazing how it’s changed in just a few weeks!

All to play for will update after the easter break once i've finished eating all my chocolate. Thanks for this. Wigan and Blackpool have a massive influence on things don’t they. We could really do with 6 points from the next 4 games to hopefully make sure Cardiff are in striking distance when we go down there. Last time I went to Ninian Park, was to se JPII in 1982… Hopefully we’ll not be at the point of needing a miracle this time around… 😉

I'm trying not to look into things too hard. There will be twists and turns. After Coventry I thought it was going to be a long goodbye, but the last two results have given us a genuine fighting chance for the first time all season. We've as good a chance as anyone.
Of course, while we're getting carried away, we're going to get 21 points here and finish mid-table. Easy, this football lark!

where's my believe t-shirt when I need it? Wonder will big Kev put shirts on seats ever again?
Hoping it's the championship playoff final and not league one mind.

I'm not sure how Sheff U probably being up by the time they face us and Swansea and Sunderland potentially having nothing to play for is a bonus for our run-in, yet conversely you've got Burnley as a challenge for the clubs just ahead of us - even though Burnley could be promoted on Friday and have a month of nothing to play for! (I'm with you though!)

(I'm with you though!) Guess we have to hope Burnley have an eye on the 100 pointer mark, they could still push for the record if they destroy everyone in their path. Ironically the holders of the record are "reading" with 106 pts 05/06 season. They could probably do with 6 of them today lol.

well we can't go any lower after Fridays games...question is, how many of the 4 above us are going to get points, ..It's a bit wierd that Cardiff have 3 games in 7 days, while we don't have any..but then we play them...surely they'll be knackered..

They’ve travelled here for the first time in 17 years and their reaction at the end showed what they thought of it. I thought Luton completely deserved the result. I’m quite an experienced manager in terms of playing in local derbies, and you have to show so many more qualities than we did today.
“I thought the team that was a team won the game, and maybe for us there might be bigger issues to get the team playing as a team. When I came to the club I looked at the players we had at our disposal and I was really excited, but they have to play as a team. There are fundamental aspects of the game that you need to show, and we haven’t. The biggest thing is quality in possession and good players kept turning the ball over so easily to a team that wanted to go and hurt us, and they got the result they wanted.”
“There are no excuses and I have empathy for the supporters because you really look forward to the highlight of a derby, and we’ve not done enough as a group. It wasn’t good enough. It’s not about tactics or shape when you keep passing the ball out of play, or you don’t win a race or you get outmuscled.”

We've given ourselves a chance, do we want to blow it now...?

If we can pull two results out of the hat like we just have who's to say others cant, i know people wont get complacent and its also important to not get too disollusioned if results dont go our way on any given day, i would imagine we're not going to go unbeaten for the last few games but at this stage even being inconsistent could be enough to see us over the line.

Rotherham next 4 games Jesus Christ They have a tough run in, although they will mostly likely beat a relegated Wigan on the last day - if they still have a sniff that is. We need to make sure we take advantage and get some points on the board. I dont expect us to go gung ho at Watford on Friday - Colin will take a point there all day everyday and twice on Sundays!!
