If Luton & Middlesbrough draw tomorrow, then the Blunts are as good as promoted because their goal difference is 12 better than Luton's This is a big game for us. A draw and there will be a lot of Reading fans taking a keen eye on the Blades line up against us As long as they make the same number of changes that Burnley did against Reading, they'll be fine 😉

We want Sheffield to get promoted the game before they play us and then go on a 2 day bender.

Crazy to think that with the table as it stands at this moment, of the 7 teams that can go down with 2 (or in some cases 3 games to go), you have:
19th v 20th 22nd v 24th 20th v 21st 21st v 22nd 19th v 24th
Still to take place, with the last 2 of those games being on the final day

QPR get 1 win in how many games, and shoot up the league,we lose 1 in 7 and still stuck 1 above the bottom 3... Burnley are a fucking disgrace! Yeah annoying, that 1 win in god knows how many games keeps them up! Isn't it because a season is decided sfter everyone plays everyone else twice and it doesn't matter what order you get your points?

For the first time this season it’s 100% in our hands. Beat Reading and we stay up, full stop. Good results against Cardiff and Sheff U. (say 4 points ) may well keep us up anyway. I for one didn’t see us being in this position UTT

It is but there is no denying that that 1 win in isolation, has almost certainly kept QPR up, just like if there is a winner in the Rotherham Cardiff, whoever wins that, stays up.

Huge week coming up with all teams still having a chance of staying up. It’s certainly never boring being a town fan 😅
Well, apart from watching 75% of the games this season….

Whatever, its us or Reading and its coming down to that last match. A full house at the JSS and a must win fixture means only one thing; away win.

Not if these results happen: Blackpool 2 Millwall 0 Cardiff 1 Town 0 Town 0 Sheffield United 2 Norwich 0 Blackpool 1 Town 1 Reading 0 Our GD being 5 better than Blackpool is no where near enough to assume it will be better by the end of the season.

This must be a first as it's quite feasible that come game 46 no one has actually been relegated yet. Blackpool beat Millwall on 28th, Wigan v Reading is draw on 29th..and the earlier game on 27th Rotherham v Cardiff is a draw...so come the 30th when we play Cardiff we could be looking at Rotherham U..47pts Cardiff City 47 QPR..........47 Town.........44 Reading......44 Blackpool....44 Wigan........41 That would mean that Wigan are relegated. They couldn’t catch both Huddersfield and Reading.

Or if Blackpool draw on Friday they will have 42 points, if Wigan win Saturday they will have 43, Reading 43,we beat Cardiff, onto 47 and safe. Have I got this right, calculations!

If Blackpool don't win against Millwall, and Wigan beat Reading, any win in our last 3 games (or 3 draws) will definitely be enough

Any win in our last 3 games sounds a awful lot better! My main worry is that all three teams we have to play are better than us. Cardiff or Sheffield U being “on the beach” could help even it up a bit.

Without caring about what other teams do it gets very simple…
6 points from 9 = Safe 3 points from next 2 games and draw against Reading = Safe

Cardiff or Sheffield U being “on the beach” could help even it up a bit. They might not go ‘on the beach’ due to the alleged Burnley ‘accusations’ to The EFL by Town... That HTAFC have not denied this nor apparently been asked about it has created a dangerous rumour and speculation innuendo vackum - I really wish someone in the media would question Town about this - but there again if they’ve foolishly done it (officially complained) then maybe it’s best forgotten about and hopefully dies away before a hopefully on the beech Sheffield United visit Huddersfield !

For starters lets hope Sheff utd beat W B A as then it might help if they are on the beach piss up with Burnley before town play them
Rothermam and Cardiff will most likely draw
I think town will be in the bottom 3 before we play Cardiff on Sunday and maybe a point at best for what is a massive match
Sheff Utd next and again a point at best
Reading should beat Wigan and without a shadow of doubt will be going for a 6-0 win to improve their GD
I honestly cannot see any other way than Town having to beat Reading to stay up and town deserve to be relegated if Warnock cannot motivate the players enough for our wonderful fans
I feel town would have been be relegated had Reading had not had a 6 point deduction but lets wait and see as loads of turns and twist when the nerves kick in

Aye - For sure it’d be a bloody scary League table down there without The Reading 6 point deduction (and The Wigan Athletic 3 point one) ! But Fcuk em’ - They subverted the rules - So Hell mend them... No sympathy 😊from Scotland for them - or The rest of England either ! 👍
