Not sure if it's been mentioned anywhere but the Stockport friendly is 120 minutes, two 60 minute halves according to the Stockport official site!

Agree Westie, Ease in with games against, Buckie, Elgin, and Peterhead. Step up a level with Inverness Caley Thistle & Ross County Finish off with Aberdeen All sorted from one location. Many years QPR came up here. They rented a block on RAF Kinloss and used their facilities to train, gym,astro turf pitch etc and played a couple of friendlies against HFL teams. I want Town to play Keith. I am afraid I have a full agenda in that period, next season possibly  |

(I suspect - but cannot confirm - that Agadoo was the song they based it on.) |

Brilliant article thanks. Amazing how Phil Collins was supposed to be an "up himself" type of character, but loved the piss take so much he ASKED Spitting Image to do the Land Of Confusion puppets, brilliant. |

As an exiled Cornish Terrier friend of a friend tells me Town are playing at Tavistock, Bodmin and another fixture! Warnock apparently brings his teams this way during pre season! Don’t shoot the messenger just passing on what I heard! Would be good if true so can see the mighty Blue and White without driving 800 miles! 🙃

I hope this pre-season is organised better than the shameful pre-season last season. Rank amateur that and the players were nowhere near fit enough when the season kicked off.

Non-league teams had better preparation than we did. |

PS No trip to Greenock Morton is complete without a trip to the The Norseman Bar My mate has been a fan of the Club ever since we bought Joe Harper from them back in the 60's. He now owns the Club. Joe was a prolific goal scorer for all the Clubs he played for - bar one  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_HarperFrom Wiki: "Morton sold him for £35,000 to Huddersfield Town. He later returned to Morton for £15,000." That was back in 1968 and the £20k loss equates to half a million today. He only played 21 games, scoring 3. Was Leigh Bromby in charge back then too? |
