Cardiff had Robinson,Bowler,Meite and Grant as attacking players. That shows a difference in the squad,no need to be surprised/frustrated with what happened.

I kind of agree Iām of a generation where its beers and food in Town up to 30 mins before kick off, perhaps a beer occasionally at half time and straight back to Town centre after No hanging around. But Iāve recently done some work for a Town fan who now has 2 young sons he takes and he wants more to do, places to eat in and around the ground before and after the game. Doesnāt do Town centre anymore Perhaps this is the market KN is looking at. How big is that market? Iām sure thereās a good few, but are you going to get consistent numbers? What happens when those kids get bored with whateverās put in place for them and they decide theyād prefer to go to McDonalds pre match? I just donāt get this fascination with wanting to turn everything off the pitch into an āexperienceā. Itās an experience having to deal with the 90 mins at the momentā¦ š I wonder how many other clubs with even bigger footfall do all this fanzone stuff? Canāt comment on the Canalside thing, was it OK in the better weather for instance? Get the team playing well, move up the league, challenge for something is the priority, and the other objectives might follow more naturally. Weāre all different, bar the period around games, I donāt get too upset with Town nowadays. That post from Pozza was a good summary, weāve battled for survival far more than weāve challenged for success. Itās bound to grind folk down after a while. Hopefully the green shoots appear this afternoonā¦ š¤

I was just about to write exactly this. The mind boggles at how Cartwright and Edwards were so sold on Moore when Warnock had clearly committed to another year. Is that what Warnock said to you, Full season, Your telling porkies, Cos he will not have said that ? Was always going to be feet up and christmas dinner at home with the Mrs and no more Town, I like NW obviously, he is ace, i could listen to him all day, but hell fire he can blow his own trumpet,, Play off bound my rse, We are now paying Jeppo and the rest of the gang 2 years wages until they all get together at sheff U,, !! Soon, touch wood, we can stop paying them and spend on something else. Seems odd. We are now told the Warnock regime was always temporary, even though the club announced in close season he had agreed to stay for another year, Warnock brought in his own coaching team and you now say the staff are being paid off two yearsā money. Doesnāt tie in with the temporary claim.

Iāve had plenty of interactions with KN on twitter. Usually starting because of a negative tweet that Iāve posted. We have then exchanged both sides of the argument. Generally we end with a resolution and both agree that we want a successful football club. However, anybody dresses it up we simply donāt have a championship squad that can successfully compete. I would argue that the squad is worse than last season. I wonāt be angry or frustrated if we lose today as Leeds have a far better squad than we do. I was angry after the Cardiff game because itās not so long ago we beat them easily down at their place. They have progressed we have regressed. If Cartwright knows anything about football he would know that a warnock squad is different to any other managers squad. So donāt lie to us and say āwe had to Move quickly to get our manā - thats just rubbish. Didnāt chadders warn us about him? Perhaps our frustration should be aimed at him - he is one afterall advising KN. KN runs many companies so Iām sure in all of them he is needs his people around him to make some key decisions. Cartwright is the one the blame should lie with. Edwards or Brodie Spencer. Obviously Spencer should be here not in Scotland. No striker signed but loan out Rhodes.etcā¦.. Interesting way to dress up your hounding of KN on Twitter. Are you happy with the decisions being made at the club ? I doubt it. If you connect or self promote on a social media platform then you open yourself up to criticism.

To increase club revenue streams Town need to increase crowds. Might I suggest that watching Pearson launch it 40 yards down the pitch , for the opposing centre back to bring it under control unchallenged, is not the way to do that.

The funny thing to me is that Nagle will not give a fuck who Duncan Foster is, yet heāll continue to rant at him as if heās taking notes and his priority is making Duncan happy.

OK, fair doās, but how many people are going to turn up for a hot dog and whatever else at 1.30, if they know that 90 mins later thatās where their enjoyment will end? Improving what happens on the pitch is surely the best way to get regular attendances of 20k plus, build the revenue? Nothing against any of this BTW, just think this fan experience thing has limitations and itās not something Iād spend money on.

They used to have a lot going on.

Probably an age thing, the more mature fan enjoy the pubs before or after or both. The younger end more open to the razzmatazz and stuff at the ground.

Iām with Dunc, Iāve had plenty of similar interactions with my local Tory MP.*
*Im presuming that cutting letters from newspaper articles, glueing them into threatening sentences and posting them through her constituency office letterbox, smeared in dog muck, counts?

Jeppo said in a Radio Leeds interview prior to NW's last game that they thought with a couple of signings in the January window, Town could make a late season push for the playoffs. So yeah, I'm pretty sure NW was in it for the full season - and even if he wasn't - it was still a ridiculous decision to sack him when they did as results had improved and we looked like the team that was top half in the form table for the last two months of 2022/23. Only a fool would try and defend the Moore replaces Warnock decision.

I'd do that with McWankney but I've no idea where or if the c*** has an office here. He only seems to appear if there's a photo opportunity

You know when that American bought London Bridge, thinking it was the famous Tower Bridge? I wonder if Mr Nagle believed he was buying Huddersfield town and not the football team? This could explain everything.
