When he was at Town he was a bone idle bar steward - and POS at Baldmuff - whupddeee - a low fcking standard to start with Want another shovel? 😉 Is that a Bury-related pun?

Delighted for him yesterday.
Before he came on, him and a couple of other lads were warming up at the side of the pitch. Other subs (not criticising as is normal) were doing a very light warm-up, but Wiles was proper on it, loads of intensity and he just looked like he was desperate to prove himself, and this was before Healey was injured.
Really good yesterday and seems like a really good lad who is desperate to do well - with the right manager hopefully he can really kick on

He still looks unfit to me. He has bursts of involvement and then he's stood blowing like a 40 a day smoker who has just attempted their first 5k. Clearly got ability but I'm not convinced he's over the injuries he had prior to joining us Wasn’t his bad injury an ankle though? That’s not going to impact his fitness. Seems as though he didn’t have a pre-season and it’s taken most of his fitness levels with him. Good that we have more players now so he can play fewer minutes. Let’s look after him so he can hit the ground running next season.

172 games for Rotherham shows he has the ability, experience and nous to be a good player for us. Warnock wanted him from day one.He will come good.

Hes been very disappointing so far and kind of admitted that himself in his post match interview yesterday, but think we saw the player we thought we were signing in that game.
hes been at his last club a long time, so maybe it just takes some players a while to adapt or maybe hes used the change in manager as a re-start? Either way, keep it up because that was so much better!

His best performance yesterday; albeit from a very, very low benchmark. Having said that, if Sorba had finished off that chance at 0-0 when wiles turned and curled the ball into the box we would've been gushing at his input. Seem like in the interview he acknowledges he performance thus far. Can only get better from here for him - we need a creative player in the middle as I don't think Rudoni offers that and seems a little injury prone. DATM Jumping straight on the after thought of the post..literally the last 3 words and ignoring the point of the post.. Rudoni missed 1/3 of our league games this season for whatever reason. Broken bone in his foot, wasn't it ?

You can't argue with facts Do you have the stats for his last two games Vs Bournemouth & West Ham? He wasn't bone idle at all BUT I got the impression he just downed tools (which TBH I consider unforgivable). PS For clarity this offshoot conversation is about Billing (& TBH I really can't understand people sticking up for him after West Ham).

Billing is a pertinent reminder that some people have no clue what they are talking about, he’s absolutely flourished. Has he bollocks - he is still a bone idle bar steward 🔔🔚

I actually think PB is a good player but the game against Westham Was nothing less than a disgrace . To be lucky enough in life to be in the fantastic position to play football at any level for money and to literally give up is nothing short of a disgrace. He chose that day to throw his teddy out of the pram , he may of been treated badly by the management and possibly the club and him not trying that day might of been his way of trying to change the manager, but to be lucky enough to have his ability and throw that back down the throats of every town fan watching that day was sadly unforgivable. So even though I feel he is a talented footballer his actions that day leave a sour taste.

No idea how it’s got onto billing but for me was very underrated. Not everyone’s cup of tea I get that but had a range of passing, wand of a left foot and very rarely gave the ball away.used correctly he’s a good player to have in your side. Not all action but it takes different types in a team. On wiles I still recognise there is something there, just hope we can consistently get it out of him. Always looks to play forward, seems to prefer playing 10/15 yards higher than say a Hogg type, looks for little round the corner balls off the striker which I like. He’s not been clean enough with a lot of that for a lot of the time but it’s there.Maybe just needs confidence instilling and a touch of freedom. For what it’s worth I think he is someone who could 100% be a beneficiary of how many times matos wins the ball back.

Garbage again today. Looked knackered after 25 mins and looks like he is running in quick sand.
Never wins a race to the ball and creates nothing.
Him and Hogg today were very poor and killed our dynamism.
Kasumu coming on and being brave on the ball and looking for a forward pass helped us.

I'm afraid he just drifts around the midfield not doing anything much. I haven''t lost all hope, but we will really find out next season.

Warnock wanted him and Burnley had a deal at 4 m until his injury. 160 games for Rotherham and twenty goals. Somewhere there must be a player but soft as shit he is not. He played in Hogg position fro Rotherham. Heaven knows why JW played him as a number 10 last two games. Currently not worth his place sadly.

Would be great if he came good. Right now he seems short of pace and not offering a lot.
Not sure how this can be overcome.
Looking short of a quality player in the middle. Think Camara had real talent and his departure was an opportunity missed.

Another Warnock signing that's not looking great. You can lump it in with giving Ward and Ruffels two year deals instead of moving for Hungbo permanently, loaning Rhodes out and leaving us with Hudlin and Harratt.
