In the UTT docu-series Nagle said he brought in another striker for Sac Republic last season even though the manager didn't ask for one, he just felt they needed extra reinforcements. Our manager's number 1 priority at the start of the season was to bring in an out and out striker, the club failed miserably and now we're paying the price.

Ward was injured when Warnock arrived but was then immediately fit to play when asked.
Ward was injured as Warnock left.
I hope Danny shows the same determination to play for Moore as he did for Warnock because we do need him.

Can’t believe how many strikers Ipswich have in their squad.
It really is woeful that we have operated like this for so long.

Even if Ward was fit, we would still be struggling to score goals. Ward himself isn't a proper cf, never has being and never will be. Warnock likes him because he works hard, but very little else comes of his hard work, plus Burgzorg works hard and has some physical precense about him, therefore if you going to play a false 9 which even with ward up top it is, then ad stick with burgzorg. Truth be told i have never being that impressed with ward as a cf, plus he has a hell of a lot of injury problems. Yet when we had the play off season he was magically fit for most of it strange that ? o and when warnock was around he was always fit ? now am not putting two and two together here but. look at his first season for example he returend he played like 5 games the whole year. For me it just adds to the reasons why in the summer, we should have leth im go and moved on.

But probably league 1 so you'd expect we'd sell them and replace with a lower standard |

Danny is still injured I was speaking to him a few weeks ago before the Ipswich game and he said around 5weeks from then.
I really believe we would have won At Wednesday with DW in the team really missing a CF up there.
