He looked good to me, good touch, great feet and good at holding on to the ball, he won a couple of fouls in good areas. He wants to attack and cause trouble. He was making runs and getting into good areas and then berating his team mates for not passing to him. Hopefully he’ll bring the whole attack on.

Still surprises me that some petrol heads I know don’t know where the DB moniker came from. It's the player's initials, isn't it? No, its from the tractor.

Not sure he's in sync with the rest of the team yet - he 'took the knee' with WBA players at the start of the game when as a club (for right or wrong) the team decided to stop this practice!
More seriously though he made several runs which team mates ignored and seemed quite vocal in his resultant displeasure. Not sure if his comment after the game about playing more football relates to wanting more game time having now had a start or the quality of the play. In the case of the latter he may be disappointed. Yesterday wasn't as bad as some of Warnock's first games back but the ball was still in the air a fair bit where I think DB would prefer it on the floor.
Leads on to another point in the thread, the option. Presumably he has a say on whether or not it is exercised and if he's not happy with the style of play here then he won't want a permanent move. Having said that until we know who'll be replacing Warnock the style of play next season is unknown.

I picked-up on that and thought he meant the latter, and I similarly thought he may be in for a shock 😃

Both used their chest granted, but the technique and execution for Bergzorgs was much more difficult. Rudoni also had a little bit more space and it was a general control of the chest. Bergzorgs came in and he had to create the space using his chest control by pushing it away from the defender, away from the goal. You know I would favour Rudoni if I could.... Rudoni’s goal was brilliantly executed, more from the perspective he hit it ‘on the reverse’ if you see what I mean. I think the keeper and defence were expecting a shot to the other side of the goal with a left footed strike from there, but he bamboozled the lot of ‘em. Wasn’t his goal at Watford last season scored on the reverse as well? Only managed to see a few mins, so can’t comment on the new lad, but it certainly won’t have harmed his confidence having scored on his full debut. On the reverse? Almost sounds American! He went for the near post! And it was lovely.

Someone confirm what his song is I know it’s to Voulez Vous. thank you Have they got 1 already?I was thinking they could rehash the old Molly Malone classic. To the tune of the- alive,alive-oh alive,alive-oh bit we could of changed it to- Delano Bergzorg Delano Bergzorg Delano,Delano,Delano Bergzorg. (Repeat) Not the greatest and most complicated lyrics I know but it's a bit of a throwback to all those who remember the old cowshed days!

My point being, Dan trying to be smart as per, when infact the goals weren't exactly the same. As shown in the images, Rudoni had all the time in the world, nobody within nearly 10 yards of him, you would expect him and any other professional footballer to control it comfortably and set themselves up. That doesn't mean to say it wasn't executed well. Still a lot to do with the finish and it was a great one. But with Burgzorgs control, there was a man right on him and the control had to be perfect and into the space. Much much harder to do. Trying to be smart haha. It's really not that deep and not worth an argument pal. Of course they weren't exactly the same goals. But it's a bit much to say not one of our other players could have scored Burgzorgs goal! Burgzorg was helped by the fact Conor Townsend was running across him, so a simple chest down and he's wrong footed. Rudoni had the same player (Townsend) charging out towards him, so had to kill the ball with his control to enable him to get his shot away. Great composure and great strikes from both of them. However, I'd have been very disappointed if Nicholls had conceded either of them... Have to agree. It’s like when Harratt scored that header last season and we had someone claim we had no one at the club who could have scored that one as well. It’s not as if either were Bergkamp-esque

Is he going to be a better alternative than hungbo? I know we have chance to buy burgzorg at end of his loan Different type of player. Would've been nice to have both, as Hungbo had a strength, pace, directness and goal threat from the left foot that gave us a different option to everything else we have. I'd suggest that Burgzorg is a cannier and trickier player, better than Hungbo working in crowded areas and won us at least one free kick in a good area by drawing a foul - the sort of opportunities O'Brien gave us, but it seems a bit more calculated from Burgzorg. He ran in behind well and is good with the ball to feet. Sees like his football intelligence is better than most if not all of the team. Should be a great Warnock 'project player' and if he really wants it and applies himself, particularly to getting goals, then he should be a lot of fun to watch this season and win us a few games.

Very good Sorry if this is a really stupid question but what does ' ' mean?I've seen it a few times but wasn't sure if it was just people accidentally mistyping 'clap'. I've googled it and all it seems to stand for is 'Centre for Literacy in Primary Education' but I doubted that was what people meant! Please enlighten me if it's not too much trouble! Lol. Cheers

Sorry can’t post the video of the song myself, but it’s brilliant in my eyes.
