He could well be our very own Adel Taarabt! Frustrating at times, more from a post scenario perspective, but my god he's so fun to watch.
Sign him up permanently.

I wonder how much it would cost to change Delanos shirt number to 9.

The best thing about Burgzorg is that we don't know what he's about to do and neither does he. This way the other team hasn't a clue what he's about to do The "Quaner Uncertainty Excitement Elevation Factor" or QUEEF 😉🍻

Hopefully not as frail as anjorin! Was good today, so dangerous.
I've noticed it manny, many times that Sorba is excessively visibly frustrated whenever The Zorg wastes a chance, doesn't pick a pass or play him in. It's happened too often for there to be nothing to be behind it. I think having someone slightly greedy isn't a bad thing. I hope we take up the option to sign The Zorg as from the littel we've seen from Bojan and Healy he looks to be the better option..
Don't get me started on Ward..

Scary how easily he can beat his man. Same with Sorba. Need to get the system right and we have some serious players on our hands.

Not fit enough to yet, unfortunately! Hopefully he’s ok after this aft. He was moving a little gingerly after the physios had come on to look at him.

Not fit enough to yet, unfortunately! Can he not start and come off later? If he's below par and not fully firing (a frightening thought ☺️), he's better off being used against a non fresh opposition and just working through it, if he started a game, when do you decide to bring him off? Supporters would ring out boo's if he's tearing new ones and then gets subbed after 20-30mins!!

Yeah good point, that wasn’t my main gripe today, starting Matos and Hogg showed them way too much respect and cost us the game imo

Just like I told our lass hers had the other night Bloody hell mosher, how many people were watching? 🤣 Back on Burgzorg, surely we've got to sign him up for next season. He's frustrating at times but he's got all the attributes to be an absolute beast at this level under the right coaching.

Big col is one of my fav all time players, but my god he couldn't play football. He had that weird knack of running into players and somehow keeping the ball. I loved it but Zorg is much much better

I thought he was going to be a selfish VLP type player but its been great to see him develop this season.
He still has his moments but he passes, he closes down, he is much more of a team player. Sign him up because he is a difference maker.

Sign him up because he is a difference maker. He's got elements of VLP about him, along with Quaner- more the unpredictability, he doesn't have the Bambi-on-ice clumsiness of course. Still sometimes hangs on when a pass would be better, but he's the sort of player who gets you off your seat. Get your chequebook out Kev. Don't let this lad get poached by one of the parachute teams in summer!

I get that it's useful shorthand, but can we stop comparing him to other previous players.
He's his own player, nothing like Quaner and his skills are only a passing resemblance to VLP (who I loved at town).
His close control was exceptional when he came on against Hull, creating a couple of decent chances when he spun his man with back to goal.
He's got very good technique, makes great runs, is really direct and has composure on the ball. He's great at sitting the centre half down in the box.
The great thing for me is, he's already looking less selfish than he was earlier in the season (pass to Sorba). If we can keep him and get him to pass at the right times then we have a cracking player on our hands. Would be interesting to see where he'd fit because as much as he's been touted as primarily a winger I think he's good down the middle. I'd have him floating behind a striker.

Huge talent but needs to get his head up and pass..
Can see his teammates getting pissed off with it..
If breitenreiter can get him to be more of a team player then anything is possible..

Well done, pal! Yes maybe you are right he needs to learn more and make the correct decsions, however this is probably why we have him at HTAFC he has massive talent and abilty. Del is one of the few actually game changers we have at the club, the selfishness will also bring him some more unexpected goals. He is someone we need to let express himself and play with freedom if at the same time he can be coached better to improve other areas of his game this will be a massive bonus. If however he can be coached to make the correct decision more often and can stay fit then we might not see Del playing for us he has the abilty and talent to play premier league football in my opinion. Sometimes there is a player that is frustrating but so effective at the same time, Del is a free spirit and breath of fresh air on the pitch we need to channel that side not take it out of him.

6 goals and an assist in 16 starts and 7 appearances from the bench, he can keep on doing exactly what he's doing for me - he's basically twice as effective as Josh Koroma in terms of goal contribution this season.

He can be frustrating, but my opinion is every team needs a bit of a maverick, someone capable of the unexpected.
