Great desire.
Awful football. Awful.
DZ will win and lose us games, just run down the line don’t play back into the middle.
Massive lack of any quality.
Won’t sell many season cards next year. Over to kev in the transfer window.

sorry to be a party pooper, but that was pretty turgid stuff ..hanging on to 1-0 for 93 minutes...our last 5 goals conceded have all come in the dying embers of the 1st or 2nd half...we don't defend with talent, we defend by throwing bodies in and ride our luck...the game was a no contest and a horrible watch. I bloody hope we're going to buy some forward talent in january because we've had about 4 years of watching this desperate stuff... good point , I accept...but we've missed the chance to move up the table today... Why apologise when you clearly enjoy being a party pooper?

I'm not sure I agree with this awful football thing.
We're away from home, a threadbare squad and we defended pretty well.
My biggest problem is composure again, we broke pretty well at times, but lack that cutting edge when have those opportunities.
Still, having what I assume is an average of less than 30% possession in the last 3 games, to come away with more than 50% of the points will do for me...

Another team today may have battered us. We have a great defence but playing 5 at the back is sacrificing an attacking player and it shows. I will obviously take the point anyway it comes and for me the hope is to get to January outside of the bottom 3 and strengthen from there.

Its the way we generally play of late but still we somehow got 5 points out of 3 games which keeps us in the hunt.Personally don't like it but I guess the ends justify the means.

I’d rather lose and get rid of Moore. He sets up every week as though we are playing Man City. Some fan you are. You see, I think that’s a bit short sighted. I don’t think Moore is a good manager. I think long term it would be better if we had got the result we deserved today rather than covering the colossal cracks.

Sorry but that’s shite from Hogg. Sometimes he is slow and naive in possession. He’d no need to hold onto it there. Of course they are going to close you down Jonathan….its the 93rd fucking minute. Idiot. Idiot? From one our greatest ever custodians? Any such words towards the complete bias from the ref? I’m not saying Hogg is never at fault mate but that was a foul all day long sorry. He shouldn’t have given the Swansea player chance to foul him. He held it far too long and left us wide open. I love Hogg - not calling him an idiot per se but it was an idiotic bit of play from him.

Wouldn't have changed the game because Maxwell hasn't put a foot wrong. Kasumu has done well since he came back into the squad, Wiles has been poor all season. Ruffels has done OK this season but Yuta is the better of the two. That was pretty much a full strength team today including the subs that came on. It's the crap recruitment that's hamstrung us this season, the injuries have just exposed just how poor the squad is. None of the long term injured players are a vital cog in the team, just squad fillers and probably wouldn't get a look in at most championship squads.

You may not be aware of it but Danny Ward DID make an appearance today - floated a header, unmarked, to their goalkeeper... Fuck me - 12k a week to do that - ! - I want a pair of trousers like he wears - they get you a lot of wage for doing fck all apparently And he gets to keep all his wages now NW has gone.

Great point that I would have taken before KO. Not a great watch though and we didn’t really deserve to steal all 3 points. Keeper and 3 central defenders were immense but not a lot of positives thereafter. Ward is the worst striker in the division for me and never looks like scoring.

The perception of whether the football is "awful" or not is an individual thing. For some, as long as we are getting results, they don't care what sort of football we play. For others, they prefer to see more skill on show. For me, although I fully acknowledge and accept why we are playing this way, this doesn't make the football any more entertaining to watch. For me, personally, the football is pretty awful to watch. I don't enjoy the spectacle. But supporting a football team is far more complex than that. Loyalty and emotional attachment mean we can't just walk away. I'll be honest, I would turn off most Town matches at the moment if I was a neutral. I'm not though, so I'll continue to watch and support in the hope that the spectacle improves at some point in the future. Hopefully with Town still in the Championship.

Very good result, despite the late equaliser. A solid finish to a good week for Town. I am probably one of biggest advocates of progressive, passing football on here, but our last three managers have all realised that this squad of players simply can't play that way. We can debate the rights and wrongs of how we've ended up with a squad of players who are so technically deficient, but the truth of the matter is this group can only get results by playing the style we are seeing at the moment. Although the football is pretty dire to watch, I've come to the realisation that this is the best way forward at this point in time. Probably the only thing worse than watching this Town team playing anti-football is watching them attempting to play actual football! Exactly. Half this team got to a play-off final doing pretty much the same thing only 18 months ago. Less short passing at the back maybe, but we soak it up and hit them on the break.

Any point away in the championship is a good one, especially with a squad as limited as this is at times. Hopefully now add another 3 against Bristol next week.

Decent point.feels deflating when you lead for that long.not as energetic on the break today but understandable given how little we can rotate in a 3 game week plus if you add in the travel you would certainly take the point. Overall a positive week, not the football we want to see but he’s openly admitted it’s not what he ideal wants either. Some won’t have that and just say he’s shite but that’s their opinion. If could pick up 3 points in one of the two coming home games I think there is also a win for us at millwall or Norwich, all of which would have sounded unthinkable just a few weeks ago. That takes us up to Christmas period which does look tough. Then comes January and hopefully we can start to strengthen.

A lot saying we're playing awful football "at the moment", I'm not disagreeing but when did we play good football? It's been years, this isn't a novelty.

He is a miss. Still doesn't change the fact that our recruitment in the summer wasn't anywhere near good enough to have a decent championship squad.

Coming into this run of three games in a week , I completely expected 1 point maximum so happy with the return we got . However all that matters now is 4+ points from these next home games .

We didn’t have any recruitment, I’m ignoring Wiles due to him obviously still struggling from his injury from last season . Don’t know who we will be able to secure, but we really need 3/4 championship quality players, funds are in place, and no I don’t know the amount, told it’s substantial . And Rudoni is certainly a miss, think Jones could have given us something from the bench , especially pace .
