I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here. 2 Defenders and a Striker....... It's goooood, but it's not right I would think definitely a midfielder.

I agree about it being boring, but boring is currently keeping us out of the drop zone, people dont seem to understand the injuries and key players missing from a really poor unbalanced squad, DM I am sure wants to play more on the front foot and be more entertaining but this needs to come in time with players back fit and some new bodies in the building, we are massivly missing a striker and this makes the team have to play differently to try and grind out results. I believe Darren will still be here at the end of this season and as long as we are a Championship team still, his job will be done, currently we have a good chance of staying up and a few new players will go a long way to make this happen. Entertainment will come in time the manager, the owner, the board all know this chopping and changing doesnt bring long term success. I hope it changes soon also in terms of entertainment, but I would rather we picked up some points than get stuffed every week even if it was more entertaining. To have both would be amazing but I am not sure that is possible currently. As for season ticket sales, this will be about the ambition showed between now and the end of the season with investment in playing staff, stadium etc, and an intent for next seaon and most importantly championship football. We will always sell season tickets even at a higher price, its up to KN and his team to justfy the higher pricing because they will have something better to watch moving forward, I am happy to give them some time to prove the ambition, sticking with DM has to be part of this for now. We are only out of the bottom 3 due to Sheff Wed, Rotherham and QPR being abysmal. But they will overtake us at some point as they are improving and we are not. To prove their ambition, they need to get rid. That's the bottom line. We keep banging on about the injury list, we have had all our attacking players back for 4 games. Nothing has changed. The unbeaten run of 5 has masked over the cracks. Everytime we show some intent we look much better. It isn't just the performances, DM and his line ups/ subs have been confusing. Whatever role you hold, I understand you have to back and defend your man, but deep down I am sure you know sometimes, the fans are actually correct. If serious money isn't spent in January or DM isnt sacked, then it will only end up one way. Don’t forget castlehill was previously htafc35, deleted his account and knows the square root of fuck all.

Castlehill, can you explain why our most in the know poster would say the opposite of you? Regardless of how those at the top feel, the players think the manager is a joke. Surely a sacking should be imminent? It really is insulting to us 'the fans' now. Look Maynard has always in the past found out a lot of information, unfortunatly Maynard doesnt have the same links to the club any longer I am pretty sure Maynard will admit this and many comments now will be more Maynards own opionion (which is of course welcome). There will be no sacking any time soon, if we are not doing better by mid / late February then this might change but currently DM has the full support of the key people at the club and currently has a great support from the players, I am sure there are some parts of training the players dont like and moan about this is the same with all managers. Under DW some players moaned about the long hours and difficult training and endless meetings, these players soon left the club. some loved it, many thrived on it. Under NW some players moaned about the lack of training, and many days off. some players moaned about not getting any games time despite obvious abilty, JR from day 1 knew he would not play a role or much of under NW for example some players loved the lack of training and days off Under DM some players will love it, look at ST as an example he has improved his work rate under DM and you can tell he wants to do well for the manager (and himself) others have also stepped up under DM. some players moan about training because they are not confortable with it. Under MF Every single player hated ever single minute of training, it was an awful atmosphere at the club. There is nothing new here, I must admit the general mood around the training ground is one of positivity and lots of happy faces daily, many more arguments under NW than currently and many many many more arguments under MF than anyone ever ! The time of the Cowleys was one of the best training ground atmospheres the players loved working with them it was a great atmosphere at this time. Maynard’s proven, you aren’t. In fact it’s clear to me that you’re part of the clubs PR machine.

Training for today was wrapped up by 2pm. You would think a free week is a great time on the training pitch to "implement his methods"... Under Wagner the players didn't leave the training ground till 6pm a lot of the time. The players would not even be training today under NW !! DW brought a complete professionalism and German way to the role, the players that got on board understood why and those players over acheieved the ones that didnt left the club quickly and did not play, DM brings more time on the training pitch than NW did and a more British approach. I would love DW or that type back at the club, however when DM was appointed it was not the correct time, the squad is small lots of injuries, we can not afford to have players not wanting to play because they couldnt pick there kids up from School as they did before (JV!) we need to find a balance on this. Right now they players are training a lot more than under NW and in general the mood is good between coaches and players, certainly far better than this time last year when the manager was hated by the majority of players. Players on 250-500k a year and we are talking about scheduling training around school pick up times. Get someone else to do it, everyone else has to. There are lots of very talented coaches out there who could get these players, and hopefully better ones we want to attract, playing much better stuff. Everyone prefers a boss who is nice, but they’d give a lot more for one who they can see will be successful.

Spent 4 hours in Sheffield A&E last night, after my lad got injured playing for Sheff United. For a bit of it I was chatting to a Wednesday fan . The big thing from him was that DM had no plan B for when it was going wrong in matches......I think we've all seen that as well. He, the Wednesday fan, was very very confident that they would now get out of trouble, with their new manager. Its been a slow progression. The Wednesday fans could see there was a plan when the new guy came in. I don't see that here. The opposite in fact. We're getting worse especially at home.

But we are absolutely bored. Moore is boring. His football is boring. The whole mood absolutely reeks of boredom. Can you explain this shadow football? What is it improving? Can you explain why, if results haven't changed by Feb they may sack him? That would mean he has spent and got in his own players and we would be back to square one. Personally, everything that is coming out is leading to Moore spending whatever budget we have and the inevitable will happen. So why not get rid now and bring someone in who won't be stuck with yet again, none of their own players? We are just going through the same cycles. I was very very excited by the new ownership etc. Now, it seems like we are not taken seriously. Does the club really feel they will sell Season Tickets next season? We have had it really good, but I would pay the £250 to watch this. It is an entertainment business. Yet entertainment seems to be bottom.of the priority pile. But the players think he is a laughing stock.... Cartwright, Edwards etc need to realise they have fucked up and ADVISE KN to get rid. It is very insulting to the fans, who pay their hard earned money, to be told everything is fine etc when it isn't. I will always support the club, but it's bloody difficult right now with a manager that has zero respect from the players and fans. Especially when I was in a minority to begin with and got fully behind him! But the players think he is a laughing stock.... This really is not the case, just something that has come from a few people hearing some stories. The bold bit just about sums up your comments on the club!

You want people to take you seriously?

Couldn't agree more

I'm so disappointed that it hasn't worked out under DM. Seems a nice enough guy but it just isn't working. When he came in I thought he would do OK and I backed him. Just goes to show I along with others know feck all. It's blindingly obvious where we are heading unless we get rid now. KN needs to get shut before the January transfer window. Surely we must be looking at a new manager at this stage? KN please don't do a Nero

Surely we must be looking at a new manager at this stage? KN please don't do a Nero I think they will 100% be looking, especially with the managers recently put out of work. They may also be thinking they can wait and see if the window has things improve.Only the fact we’re not adrift and stuck in the relegation zone allows that thought. The next 4 league games however could massively change that, they look difficult at best, that said the Christmas period generally throws up some “odd” results Another thing I’d factor in is that although they’ve said Moore has final say on anyone coming in,January isn’t really a squad building exercise, especially when you sit where we are, so I’m not sure the targets would change should someone else be in charge. The positions/types of players we need is glaringly obvious. They maybe thinking the exact same and therefore all the above means they can afford to wait a touch longer. That said a hammering at Norwich plus a bad home defeat could easily see them change that stance.

Is there anything in any of their long winded waffle for posts, that any of us didn't already know or isn't obviously complete rubbish? Working on their theory I could drivel on telling you things you already know but it somehow makes me “in the know” 😂😂 Maynard gives more info in three lines than Castlehill does in their novel!

I recently laughed someone off because they accused castlehill of having an agenda, I’m now beginning to feel as if it may well be the case. I fail to see why the average fan would put so much time and effort into posting such bollocks defending the club and certain people in it.

Either that or they are just a bit sad 🤷♂️

The drop zone 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
