Many people mentioning injuries and having certain players back for Saturday, makes me think - what is our best possible line-up with everyone fit and fresh? A common feeling amongst a lot of town fans is apathy towards this current team, where’s the identity? Helik? Thomas? Pearson?? We have players that excelled at league two level and lower. It’s difficult to even think of what our best possible line up would be these days. ——————Nicholls Spencer Balker Helik Nakayama ———Matos Hogg Rudoni ——Thomas Healey Koroma  ? I just can’t think of any line up that I like at all. |

I just can’t think of any line up that I like at all. I can understand the apathy, as after what 25 plus years of watching, i find ith ard to like any of our current squad. The reasons are varied for this. I think the overall feeling is why should i care about them as they don't seem to care about the club? as the amount of fall aparts and lack of care in their preformances is getting silly now. I have seen poor town teams, but they cared or weren't paid for months on end. Yet with this squad the lack of anything to like about their preformance is strange to say the least. |

How many EFL referees are there. Got Welch again. Only 2 weeks since she refereed us at Stoke! Not going Saturday, last game she refereed v Hull, she was dreadful, with too many soft free kicks & an acceptance of foul throws & time wasting! Think I'll be seeking a darkened room Saturday afternoon - UTT. |

I'd like to know what ab says to them at half time We compete well the first 45 minutes and get our noses in front then just get rolled over within 10 minutes of the start There seems to be zero game management from ab and he's looking very naive...this is happening most games now Ffs just pack the middle of the park for the first 20 minutes of the second half and keep it tight and frustrate them.. Judging by his interview after the game guessing he said none of what they went and did. I said when he came in we might get few big score lines,basically because when we concede to level it or go behind he isn’t afraid to put attacking players on the pitch.It didn’t work out in the week because simply we just kept giving the ball away!!He maybe doesn’t have the players to be as brave as he is at times but let’s face it every man and his dog was complaining not so long back when Moore was here that he didn’t do exactly that and would never have brought fresh attacking players on. I get where you’re coming from but we gave away 15 points from winning positions with the previous two managers,at least he’s trying to do something about it. Also something which all managers have had to contend with and links to my first point that he clearly didn’t instruct them to play as they did second half is that these players just flat refuse to take any responsibility for themselves during a game when things start getting a bit tough,or the great majority of them won’t. I’d be doing everything I could to keep andre here if we were to go down. I totally agree with your last sentence , AB seems a decent manager , I sincerely hope he stays though I am convinced we are going down this season, I don't blame AB for the predicament we find ourselves in one bit. The rot set in many years ago, although we did have that strange season when CC managed to get a "silk purse out of a sows ear". Those times are well behind us now, and we find ourselves in a nasty relegation scrap, again! I just cannot fathom out where the goals are going to come from for us to avoid relegation , we bought in 2 new strikers in January and I think they have just scored 3 goals between them, Its now April ! If we do get relegated I want to see a massive clear out ,starting at the top! we seem totally rotten at the moment, the recruitment has been awful and nobody seems to want to take any responsibility! I have put down Town for a draw this weekend, probably just living in hope!  |

Out of the 4 games left, I honestly feel this is the one we're most likely to concede 3 or more in. They recently pumped Blackburn by 5... and that 7 minute hattrick at the end of the last game does not bode well for us.
I'm predicting a 4-0 loss coming our way.
Now I've said that, watch us grab a 94th minute winner...

Since they came back up from League One, Ashton Gate has been as much of a graveyard as Deepdale. Just checked the H2H at their ground. 22/23 L 0-2 21/22 W 3-2 20/21 L 1-2 19/20 L 2-5 16/17 L 0-4 15/16 L 0-4 I think we're praying for 2/2 wins from our remaining home games to give us a fighting chance. We also lost 1-0 there in the cup in 2019. Looking back this season generally when we have taken a 4+ goal tonking we have tightened up defensively and got an okay result the next match. So am going for a 0-0 draw. |

Now I've said that, watch us grab a 94th minute winner... Millwall's last 3 games. Lost to Rotherham, lost to Town, beat Leicester. I've given up trying to apply any logic to Championship results from now on in. |

UTT Far less talk, more action for 4 games. Truth is we may need to win one game, might need to win two or more. 4 draws might do it.. Im not sure how you can 'talk' about that without simply saying we will give it a go. Talking needs doing 'in house' and actions to follow. If we could win all 4 we stay up, thats the only real 'safe bet'. |

A couple of years ago there was a stat that until we beat West Brom with a midfield of Lewis O'Brien and Scott High, we'd not won a game without Hogg in the middle for about 2 1/2 years or something like that. He's 35, well past his best, with significant limitations, but he's still the best we have. It's why it's so important the midfield gets a revamp this summer. Hogg could be part of it for a season, but we have to move past him as a first-team starter. |

Helik spoke very well at today’s PC.
In a season of many low points, Helik is a shining light. Without his contribution this season at both ends of the pitch, we would be dead and buried already. He can hold his head high and deserves to stay up.
