The guy is just trying to wind Town up, wow it’s working! Not really who’s wound up , town fans have too much going on to be wound up re a sincere post or not from a random blues fan. Some folk read far too much into reply’s soft boy. Thank you for understanding I'm not here winding people up I only came on to say I hope we can both survive. Some people don't understand manners

Its going to be hard for us to stop up now - maybe some consolation that we take you down with us. Never like Birmingham - nasty set of fans with ideas they are better than they are. How does that sound ? Feels like the old shit sandwich. Town and Blues being relegated obviously means the massive survive. Would you like that served with the following? Leeds promoted. Forest retain their PL status. City win 4 in a row… Have I missed any fillings from this particular shit sandwich? 😂😂 That's a shit sandwich without any bread.

You get a great result go above us at a crucial moment, then you come on here wishing we both stay up , more or less knowing it’s us or you. Yeah cheers ( ??) the odds are highly stacked against us now, but I will leave the ground much happier if you do relegate us knowing a blues fan wished us well. Personally couldn’t care less who stays up as long as Huddersfield do and I’m not even slightly convinced re your sincerity. My Villa work colleague though wishes you nothing but Relegation sorry. ( matters shit though really). Your wrong in your guess but it's your opinion.up until Saturday we had been getting no luck and after the Cardiff defeat I started to fear the worse. After the Coventry game we have a chance now.As I said of the other teams around us I hope Huddersfield stay up.if you study the table it's Not only us or you who can go down its actually 8 teams who can still go down. I unfortunately think we need to beat Swansea and yourself to even have a chance on last day of season , I haven’t given up but very much doubt we have it in us to do that. No issues from me re you coming on here and it really doesn’t matter to me if your sincere or not , and as for who goes down bar town, couldn’t care less. If we do go down probably you are a team I would prefer not to follow us but only because your club will complete to win league one with your wealthy owners.

I recall MANY moons ago you were against Bradford and I went along with my Brummie mates to the game. Thought our West Yorkshire accents might get us into a spot of bother, so we could either stay VERY quiet so as to make sure the locals never heard us, or be VERY loud in making sure they knew which side we were supporting that day. Did the latter and had a right laugh with the blues fans sat with us. Plus you won 4-0 that day IIRC, so that helped. THAT day in 2001, Trevor Francis screwing us over with Ndlovu and the reaction of a lot of your fans to our relegation soured relations towards the blue half of Birmingham for some Town fans, but I've had some cracking nights out in Birmingham, and yours is not one of the clubs I hold a grudge against. That said, I couldn't give a monkeys who goes down as long as it ain't us, so with the best will in the world, if you lost all your remaining games that would be awesome.

Even if you have more bread you’re still eating the same amount of shit. It’s just that you can afford to cut the crusts off… (I’ll let you guess whether that’s the bread or the turd)

As we have seen the last few days who would have thought Plymouth could beat Leicester or Blackburn go and beat Leeds . Our performance against Cardiff was a disgrace totally gutless then we make 3 changes and beat Coventry. I think the pressure is what gives us the strange results. No game is easy I definitely won't bet on us beating Rotherham.i think because 8 teams are still involved it will go down to the last game.

Hi all I'm a Birmingham city supporter of many years. i have always had a soft spot for Huddersfield so I hope along with us you will survive.its a crazy league and as you have seen we are seeing some crazy results. I seen the penalty against you at Bristol city and it was a disgrace I think every league should have VAR .I don't like the idiots who work it but been able to look at that on Saturday it would never have been given. These things cost jobs and lots of money so it's important we get the correct decision.Do you think you will be safe ? I think we need a win at Rotherham but it's not going to be easy. Good luck for the rest of the season I hope we can both survive. Any reason?

It's nice sometimes to go to games as a neutral think I remember that game v bradford.i don't go near our city centre now days think I have been once in 3 years. I remember we played Preston in a play off second leg. They were doing ground improvements and behind one goal it was a building site. It was agreed before the match if it went to penalties they would be taken at that end to make it fair ..it went to penalties but Preston changed their minds and chose the other end in front of their fans.our manager Francis tried to take the team off in protest .we lost but I hold no bad feelings towards Preston. It's close at the bottom but 8 teams still involved so all to play for.

Not much chance that both of us will stay up. It looks like 2 from 3 between Town, Brum and the Wendies.
Our match is a real 6 pointer if ever there was one.

I remember in the 70s you had one of my all time favourite players in Frank Worthington I use to love watching him play and was so happy when in his final days he came to play for us. Also I liked to watch Trevor cherry great player. Also a few years ago we played you in one of our final games in another must win game.i think you were in the play offs so Mr Wagner left out some of your better players and we won.I enjoyed the style of playing under Wagner and loved your home atmosphere.

Our rivalry with Bradford has waned in recent years (on account of them being too shit to get worked up about), but in the 90s and early noughties the rivalry between us was quite fierce.

If we play like we did against Cardiff we will be crushed.if we play like against Coventry we have a chance We won't crush anyone mate. We start with 3 strikers on the bench and none in the starting 11. Oh and we don't have a midfield. We've conceded 4 or more on 9 occasions this season so if anyone's going to get crushed it will be us.

I respect the poster if it's genuine. Takes alot to go to a relegation rival and wish that they don't go down while being in danger themselves..
However, if I were a betting man, I'd be putting money on one, if not both of our teams going down.

Thank you I am 100% genuine.as I said for different reasons I like Huddersfield and loved watching you under wagner.i was sure he would have been a top manager but like others I don't think he went as far as I thought. I still think 8 teams are involved. When Cardiff beat us last Wednesday I would have put my house on us going down.it was a total shambles with zero fight .the manager made 3 changes and you looked so much better against coventry.will we go and beat Rotherham I certainly wouldn't be surprised if we lost.i am certain with 8 teams still in it we will see a few others dragged in

Same with Plymouth playing Leicester. Football is a funny game at times.Rotherham will battle like crazy.if we get complacent we will get beat ..overall this season we have been a shambles and would deserve to go down. The win v Coventry was good but knowing us maybe a one off. It's definitely going to the final games

I get football is changing and they said the great Barcelona team played with no striker but we ain't all like Barcelona.. just like now big good teams play out from the back so we try it and it's a shambles because we don't have the players.it will be a tight game for sure and any result is possible.

Although there may be a case for multiple teams to go down mathematically, it’s also the point of the season where one set of games can reduce those permutations significantly.
Taking an optimistic view for instance. Town win on Sat and both Brum and Wed lose. That would mean we can secure survival by beating Brum the week after. It also highlights how crucial the loss of those 2 points on Saturday was for us, acknowledging that’s not the game that determined our fate.

I think Sheffield Wednesday play blackburn.do we want Blackburn to win and be almost safe and leave Wednesday two from bottom or hope for a draw so both teams lose 2pts each.i was amazed to see the penalty given to Bristol city.never in a million years was that a penalty.it didn't get to much airtime but had that been the final game and put you down it would have been massive news but sadly nothing would be done.As I have said before these things cost jobs.players, manager staff and supporters would be effected.i like the idea of VAR but it's idiots in charge of it. Had we had var in the championship that wouldn't have been given. Long way to go and I'm certain some strange results still to be had.

it's normal now for fans to sing that song to teams going down. I'm sure if you beat us and it puts us down or close to it your fans will be singing the same to us. It has happened to us before when we have played a club at the end of the season and they have been relegated/already relegated/we have relegated them and I don’t recall much crowing, the odd young muppet perhaps. The taunting at the end of that game by blue noses was bang out of order and you will get it back in spades if the roles are reversed in 2 weeks time. I suspect there will be a heavy police presence that day because it could quite easily turn ugly. The young lads in the south stand probably wernt even born when it happened!!

A few twists yet I think
Maybe the footballing gods will decide Huddersfield Town deserve a slice of luck for once??
Robbed of possible promotion 2 years ago by poor refereeing
Robbed at Bristol by yet again poor refereeing
We deserve a bit of luck for once
