I don't recall Warnock, Worthington or Moore talking about a toxic culture? Perhaps AB created this culture by his superior, aloof ,I'm too good for you behaviour? Or maybe his predecessors were too diplomatic to speak in public about such things.. Warnock probably relished it, arguably created it. No way would Moore have the conviction to speak out about it. Players probably got away with murder. Worthington will be their mate and likely why he got something out of them for a couple of weeks. Wouldn't have lasted. Good on AB for calling the whole system out.

He's said himself there were no leaders when he first arrived which was maybe his way of highlighting the issues in the squad. He managed to get all of them to respect him, like he does. DM probably got walked all over, doesn't seem the type to kick ass. I seem to remember Wednesday fans basically saying the dressing room ran itself. They likely had much better vocal characters, bannan, vaulks, Patterson etc. We have some great pros but as Warnock said they aren't the vocal type.

Time to get that white paint purchased.

Warnock said Hoggy was the only leader out of the players when arriving.
The players were putting in a shift under Warnock, Moore and Worthington
I don’t know if it was timed with Hoggys injury, but since that point it seems AB and players fell out big time.
Silent Helik was then the captain for the majority of the games under AB and the fall out since.

I wonder if a new enhanced website could have a member area for season ticket holders/membership holders with content like that on it? Would be an easy win and a way of adding value for little extra cost.

Or maybe his predecessors were too diplomatic to speak in public about such things.. I think part of the issue is that hoggy is more respected than the manager... so when he's not around the players just fuck about... If anyone wants to grab hold of the club, the players and become the leader they need to move hoggy on along with many toxic players and find a played to be the right hand man, not the boss. In terms of AB, it was said his weakness in man managing big characters and it seems that has become obvious. Another reason a little research and a look at our squad should have discounted him.... now he has the chance to do a full squad refresh, maybe its time to move hoggy on and set a new culture without him.

If you skip to 43/44 minutes of he takes chance podcast Matt sums up excellently the questions that need to be asked to Kevin.
How are you funding the club? Is it through directors loans, if so at what interest rate?
Is it through sponsorship, how is he actually funding the club?
This is equally as important as anything this off season particularly with the huge loss of revenue dropping to League One.

Dejphon chansiri at Sheffield Wednesday is worth just over 4 billion and says he's spent around 150 million while being in charge of them..he's fallen out with the fans and wants to sell...for the amount he's pumped in..hence no buyers
Kev made over 6 billion with the sale of sacramento Kings...and he has fingers in lots of pie's
He's the kind of bloke you want owning your club especially as he loves football
So take no notice of me kev...I only moan because I love the club,,and just over 20 wins out of 92 league games the last 2 years is enough to tip anyone over the edge

What is really important, which has never been clearly stated, what does he want to achieve at HTAFC? What is his end game? What does good look like? Is he able to fund that desired outcome? If he has $6bn you would think he does.

It's hard to know exactly how much he,s worth..but it's a huge amount The sunderland echo did an article on the championships richest owners And Huddersfield Town and Kevin Nagle were number 1 Yet all our budget last season was pissed away on unfit players that were nothing more than bench warmers. Wiles £1m+ never got fit throughout the season. Radulovic £1+ Hardly played for months before we signed him. Healey £1.5m+ Hardly got a kick at Watford. Balker £1m+ unfortunate with injuries tbf. We needed players that were ready to hit the ground running, not players that would be fit for the final couple of games. Cartwright pissed that money away, now we're in league 1, so it doesn't matter how much Kev is worth if he employs someone to spend it on the wrong players. Maybe a part of next season's budget should be spent on binning Cartwright and getting a real DoF in?

If he has $6bn you would think he does. Nobody made $6 billion - it's a load of rubbish. Current market valuation of the Kings is 'only' $3.3 billion. The market valuation when current majority owner, Vivek Ranadivé, purchased his initial 65% in 2013 was $534 million. Kevin Nagle was part of a group of local Sacramento businessmen called 'Play To Win' who collectively owned a minority stake until he / they supposedly sold it in 2021 (market valuation back then was $1.8 billion). I'm sure he made a decent amount out of it, but the reality will be closer to $6 million than $6 billion! The Kings was a hobby. His real wealth is from healthcare / property (no idea how much)

He's worth around £3 billion doesn't matter how much your worth anyways cos these days you get owners of football clubs worth billions but don't spend barely anything.
Luckily we have an owner that is willing to invest a significant amount of money into this football club.

Rite Aid paid around $2 billion for EnvisionRx (KN's company) in 2015.
By that stage KN was part of a group of investors who controlled 35% of the stock. The other 65% was owned by a private investment firm called TPG.
KN and his fellow investors had sold the controlling stake to TPG a couple of years previously. Terms weren't disclosed, but Moody's valued the company at $885 million at the time.
Once again, he'll have personally done very well out of it, but it will have been in the hundreds of millions rather than the billions.

He flies around the world in a private jet wearing flip flops, for that reason alone, I'm guessing he's worth a few quid.
