Is it just a case of Nagle employing people with a 'can't do' attitude?
Seems Brum owners have been listening to their fans and just get on with the job. Nagle says he has to constantly crack the whip and get on at our lot to get things done.
New big screens, better audio in the stadium, WIFI, etc.
We just get told it's not possible because of the age of the stadium. There's no way I'm having it that St.Andrews is easier to implement these than ours.

He stressed in the beginning that the stadium would be a great fan experience on matchday, now it's all backtracking saying the stadium is too old to install these things, brum has proved that it's bollocks. What has improved for the fans? Pressure washing the trusses and some new signs at the back of the stands?

Why be so negative when our owner is the only one in KSDL putting money into our stadium. Maybe more things would be done if the Giants and Kirklees council fulfilled their obligation to look after the ground. Having been to the stadium I can say a great deal of money has been spent and you will see this the first time we play at the stadium. Many other clubs in our league will be jealous when they come along and play so let’s look at the positives and use our energy to get behind our team from the off.

Day 1 about a year ago you mean. That's right. What a brilliant year that was. So what improvements have they made in that 12 months? I bet you rock up at 2.55 every home game. It’s more than just 3pm to 4.45. Bigger picture. Plus things take time, not everything is done in a day.

A few hundred fans go if the weather is OK, but they somehow manage to put a big screen there. We still do dizzy penalties at halftime. So I'll ask again, what are these improvements they've made to the matchday experience? It's definitely not the match itself.

The stadium aesthetics have (and are currently) being worked on. The fan park has clearly gathered pace in numbers. As you pointed out, the office has been upgraded. The changing rooms have been upgraded. The sound system has definitely been changed in at least one stand. Id guess a lot more behind the scenes that we also don’t see. For a guy who doesn’t even own it outright to put this time and effort in, you really come across as bit of a child.

What has the offices and changing room got to do with fans matchday experience? It's Nagle who said it was a big priority, but 12 months in, nothing has really changed, has it? The only big change is we're now playing in the division below with clean trusses and some new boards at the back of the stadium. Any challenge to what captain lip service has said and you get called a child. Literally nothing he's said has come to fruition, on or off the pitch. The office staff have nice new offices though, but we shouldn't expect anything because he doesn't own the stadium?

There was naff all for kids 2 years ago other than kick a ball in an inflatable net. The stadium aesthetics have not been touched for years. The fan park has grown 4 fold. The office upgrade has benefited the match day working experience for staff, it’s not all about just you and your 90 minutes. Sound system upgrade you’ve also ignored. You can sit and moan all you want, just because you don’t see a change doesn’t mean there isn’t one.

Not much has changed for the kids tbf. The PlayStation's, face painting, penalty shootout were there years ago. The fan park attracts about 5% of the people that attends the game. We still have dizzy penalties. The food and drink inside the stadium is still as shit as ever. You can keep blowing hot air up Nagle's arse all you want, but nothing has really changed, apart from now being a league 1 club with halftime dizzy penalties.

If they stop dizzy penalties I'm sending my season ticket back - a bit of light hearted entertainment. Perhaps we could wait to see if we can get control of the stadium before complaining about no changes.

Sound system upgrade you’ve also ignored. Didnt that get changed for one game, everything was really clear and possibly the best its ever been, and then by the next game after they'd done some tuning (IN AN EMPTY STADIUM!😳) everything was much worse than it has ever been and remained that way??

Tbf, the whole season was so mind numbingly dull, you might be right. I've just blanked it all out of my mind. I do remember one halftime where they played something on the 'big' screen, which we couldn't see or hear that sounded like listening to a bad soap underwater. Probably still more 'entertainment' than what we witnessed on the pitch though. What a great season.

I'm just pointing out things he's said he's going to deliver but failed.

Yes last year was a failure, he’s taken responsibility for that.. He’s started to invest in the stadium and the playing squad, but again it takes time, but the signs are there that he’s willing to put his hand in his pocket. What else are you expecting at this point of the pre season?
