Doesn’t sound great re Healey though Being discussed on the injured players thread. Been told by an ex-physio that when you patch up an ACL with a graft from the hamstring (MD said this is the case with Healey in the presser) it causes problems for the rest of your career, which somebody else on the thread (who has had one) confirmed. Was this "patch up" done at Town, or before he came here and we missed it ? |

any mention on ladapos match fitness? He's done a full Ipswich pre season, so is fit, but will need to build match fitness. |

Fk knows but even if it was years ago the medical analysis team involved in any transfer should have known about it and the long term effects imo |

With the team news, I’d be tempted to start Ladapo with one of Koroma or Marshall. I wouldn’t want to go two little lads then two big ones, simply because the opposition would step up or drop off accordingly. They know Radulovic and Lapado won’t make runs in behind, and that they can mark Koroma and Marshall in the box if they sit deeper. Big/little means they can’t drop deep or step up.

Don't forget the M62 is closed this Weekend with big diversions. Give plenty of time or even better the train might be a better option. Come over tops to Oldham and pick up M60 to simister pop |

Last weekend when we were supposed to have Blackpool and then next weekend V Northampton. M62 is fine for the Bolton game. |

Never saw Town win at Burnden Park (don't suppose many will have) but I've seen all the victories (3) at the new ground in which Jonny Hogg has played every minute, the first time just after he signed in 2013 he was mom by a country mile & even Adam Clayton sat close by commented 'what a player'......We could do with one of those performances on Saturday, a key fact is with eleven men on the pitch we don't concede goals. Clayton also said that playing with Hogg was like playing with a dog. I saw us win 3-2 there in 1968-69 - Lawson, Dobson and a very late winner from Steve Smith. |

We won't sell out the additional allocation, but still a great effort. Honestly how poor is the clubs communication with things like this? It’s embarrassing truly. Why are none of the players doing snippets enticing people to go, why isn’t the club actively pushing it, the marketing isn’t abysmal as well. Nothing on socials, no basic ad campaigns. It’s amateur stuff, especially with an already good following going. Imagine they put proper time and resource into it |

All adds up to another loss on the road for us 😬 I think that’s because generally duffs teams have been very good out of possession and pressed high,Bolton like to play out so duff teams in the past have strangled them and they couldn’t get out.Similar to us against Peterborough who like to do the same(certainly second half) Since then all the other 3 league games teams have let us have the ball and they haven’t wanted it in their own 3rd so we/duff has had to play differently. I’m hoping like your boss says that he can do a number on evatt again if he stubbornly sticks to his principles! |

Go the Stockport way around Manchester on the M60. Come off at J23 Ashton and head for the A670 Mossley Rd. It takes you through Mossley, Greenfield and Uppermill right onto the A62 just above Marsden. It's the way we always go to/from the airport or Hollyhead ferry. |
