I just can't see this happening. They need to make the right choice and Clark hasn't achieved anything in League 1 yet with the best budget in the league

This one dimensional view us getting incredibly boring. Expand? That is why it is boring; I am fed up of explaining comparative budgets, etc, etc and can no longer be bothered.

That is why it is boring; I am fed up of explaining comparative budgets, etc, etc and can no longer be bothered. I think I can pretty much get my head round it thanks. One dimensional or not, the fact is that the budget although possibly not the best must be mightily impressive to attract the players we have. We aren't in the Championship. Clark is doing well but he hasn't achieved yet. There is also the possibility he will have to go to Leicester and work with the current players at his disposal. Something else he hasn't achieved in his managerial career yet. He has potential but I'll stick with my original feeling that if I was Leicester's decision maker, Clark would not be top of my list. Please don't feel the need to reply if you're still bored

Ok, lets be safe - a very very very impressive budget for this league I have no idea of the budgets of such as Charlton and both Sheffield clubs Scunthorpe etal but i doubt they'll be low, as far as not achieving anything is concerned we've reached the play off finals two years running we're currently on a 40 match unbeaten league run, he's young and ambitious so he will look very appealing to some clubs.

Please read my last post, I'm not saying he isn't a good manager. What I'm saying is that I just can't see why Leicester would go for him in particular with all the managers out of work and others who have achieved more

You need a live blog like we had when eddie Howe left. Think Clark will probably stay judging on the relationship with the chairman. Better than the two eddies ever had.

Amazing , this time last year he was getting some right stick !!
I can honestly say that Deano and Clarky have been the best things in the last 15 years at this club !!
The whole club is settled and progressing now and the culture and atmosphere is spot on !! I also think Clark knows how much we all respect him now.

One things for sure, he wouldn't get 3 years to get promoted if he does go! deano is the stable factor at the club. Clark or someone else we will get promoted! could be an easy job for someone coming in!

He isn't going to deny anything if the quote attributed to him is correct:
"Now that doesn’t mean to say if people come calling, you don’t know what the next stage is..."
If he wasn't interested, would he not say something along the lines of "I have no interest in Leicester, I don't want the job and I am not leaving"?
Not that I blame him for being interested; a higher league, bigger salary, higher profile, more money to spend - who wouldn't be interested?
If he does go, hopefully we can get compensation for him and appoint the right man to take us up THIS season, rather than writing off 2 more seasons prior to expecting promotion.

Respect to Bourney.
Re Clark- not convinced of bookies odds on this. A lot of big names to be interviewed and Rafa, Hughes and Zola davies will interview well.
I think Town will be champions whatever happens.
