If Leicester want him he will be off, and he'd be fairly daft not to. As much money as Deano is prepared to chuck at it im pretty sure they have more and combined with a bigger fanbase makes them a more appealing prospect. Can't see them wanting him though, it would be fairly strange going from one of the biggest names in football to Clark. Good post. First of all (off topic) your username? are you into MTB ing? just wondered lol. Secondly, Sligo rovers manager turned down a big move to high flying St Johnstone yesterday to stay loyal so there's still hope. : :

If they come in for him i think he will go . the only reason he might not is working for Dean Hoyle as opposed to the ladyboys. But Deano please don't let clark use this situation to lever a wage rise out of you.

Got to say this is a decent forum, lot of realistic people in here, the poster (koss?) that said, stranger things in football have happened pretty much is spot on. One example; Big Ron, he had just achieved promotion and won the league cup with us, had the making of a really good side but he walked out on us for Aston Villa. We did finish 3rd the following year (champions league place) in 92' but it was Big Rons side that did it. I think Clark's already house hunting in Leicester, MON and their chairman wont get on imo, Clark looks a good bet. Not an owl's nest this is more suitable for you.

Clark cares about his reputation and sees himself as a man of integrity. It'll take a lot to get him to jump.
As for Deano not giving him more money, bollocks, give him it if it makes him stay. If leicester truly are interested, surely that's a sign we should be hanging on not gettin rid.

Anyone can ring anyone and say "so and so is going to [insert team here]". I'd bet your mate 50 quid that he's bullshitting.

if clarky was leaving you think he'd be pretty silly to get on a coach to yeovil.

With a dogshit budget no where near what clarks had here.... But in a much much weaker division. NB- appreciate you can only beat what's in front of you.

leicester fan in peace. As your man looks a likely candidate, just wondered what peoples views are. Is he unanimously approved of? I know the answer would seem obvious but just wondered. I think from our perspective, I would rather see a potential star than a track record of a dubious nature so he would do for me if o neill is a no go. BTW , i am not assuming he would want to join us!!

I was referencing when he got Scunthorpe out of League One, in I think LC's first season, compared to the last two seasons in League One. I'm now doubting myself and am thinking I'm getting my facts mixed up :spaz:

Got a great relationship with a great chairman which he won't enjoy with you. He is young and makes mistakes but the guy is passionate and can certainly get the team playing well.
