Who would people want. Who is out there. on hols so missed the opening games but from what's on here and from what mates I go to games with are saying nothing seems to have changed in 6 months. All the players starting today except karaba and Elphick have been here so you would think there would be some signs of a plan, cohesion tactics etc.we have the nucleus of a very good championship squad but lacking direction and leadership. If the chairman is relying on us getting back to the prem to make his plans work financially it seems he may need to act fast before his and our dreams evaporate.

Chris Houghton is looking for a new club, he knows the championship and the Premier League and this would be a real statement from the club who in my opinion have let the fans down this year with the lack of quality signings. One win in 18 games, players unrest, fans fed up and needing a lift, why is he still in charge?? even after just one game this season we appear to still have a loosing mentality do we think it’s time for a change? Yes 100% - the guy is a clown

What this side needs is an organiser and someone they respect
Hughton's teams aren't always great on the eye but they're solid and hard to beat. He would sort this lot out in no time

i think a lot of our problems come from losing nearly every game in last 2 years our confidence levels are destroyed i think the players try its just inbuilt to be defensive and have lost most of there attacking intent

He would sort this lot out in no time Am not sure he would. We simply have to face facts - confidence is low and some players aren't good enough. It is going to take time to rebuild and sadly the way the windows are increasingly working makes it tough. Deals are being done later and later at this level leaving little time to shape the squad in pre season. This remaining squad imho is a bang average championship team....no more no less, but I hope to be proved wrong and we challenge as the year progresses. Can't see it though - we won't score enough goals to do so.

Can't see it though - we won't score enough goals to do so. We got promoted with a bang average championship team, plus Mooy and Schindler. The difference was we had a team spirit and a bit of confidence plus a manager that the players listened to. There isn't much between most of the sides at this level and good coaching makes all the difference. Look at how shite Leeds were and it only took a 6 week pre season last year for Bielsa to convert them into a quality side I think some are under estimating just how shite a job Siewart is doing. We're showing no signs of being well coached, drilled, organised, call it what you want. He's way out of his depth

Very very worrying that Siewert Seems to have an agenda against RVLP now when he should be in the team and also how he totally dropped Mbenza, The bloke seems to have a big ego for a manager who has done and won feck all !

Get rid asap although god only knows who the geniuses down there would bring in instead. I have zero faith. The only positive will be if it’s a proper football manager who has managed a professional mans football club before it will be an improvement. We could have done our own experiment with Hudson and whitehead.

On a positive note a few good performances both from the team and the manager and the season will look brighter. On a negative note, how long do we give the guy to turn things around? Keeping faith is all well and good but we do not wish for that "keeping faith" to relegate the club. UTT.

We need to give him time to get it right.. Hes only been here since January and hes already won one game in February..so hes already started to turn it around.. I'm hopefully the next win is just a couple of years away now ..

But he said that he was disappointed that the players sat back at QPR after the penalty. Whose fault was that? Why didn't he tell them to press high just as they did at Rochdale. I'm bemused by his comment!

I think it’s really simple in my opinion he has not brought one positive thing to the club, he said we would press higher and play attacking football at every opportunity, but we don’t at QPR he set out for a draw with 10 men behind the ball for 80% of the game. QPR are a poor side but they looked so much better than us,which is a big worry. The fans have turned against him I don’t think the players have taken to him, oggy is scared to ask him a question the entire thing is just a mess. If the chairman is not going to be dragged down with him he needs to get rid immediately and bring Chris Hougton in straight away to get the fans behind him. We have plenty of money to pay his salary as I am not buying into this the money is all spent when we have reduced the wages by a huge amount get £42m parachute payment this year and have got over £19m from the sale of 3 players.
