We've got a nice lawn and a big water tank. What a legacy. For £21m what more could we ask for?

We've got no money because we've spent 3% oh our Premier League money on sprucing up Canalside, yeah?
That's what I took away from all that waiting over the past couple of months.

Fair play to the club. The fans moan about a lack of info about Canalside so they release a 48 minute long video that no bugger can be bothered to watch.

This is a Partridge level of embarrassing. Seriously. Talking about the improved signage. This is our Premier League legacy? It's so bad I can't be sure if it's not an The Office style docu-comedy and I'm just not in on the joke.

"Not quite everything that was put into the initial plan" "we'll look at "more" over the next few years" "there is plenty more we can do and we accept that..."
I think the CEO is more than aware of what was promised...

I can only assume we had wind up TVs before we won the £100m game, and then stayed up for another season (£120m?).

Moaning bastards...
At least they've splashed out on a set of training nets especially for Pritchard... About 3m 50s in...
48 min video, the delay must have been caused by having to negotiate terms with Ken Loach...

It is a crying shame the wory ay thing's have turned out at the Canalside, it was a brilliant club for the fan's and all that now seems a distant memory with no where for the fan's to go now

I appreciate the update.
I always liked it before with the bar etc, i dint see having fans around was a bad thing and the way everyone was pushed out was very sneaky. Also watching that i’m just thinking about the increased running costs.
Despite them moans it’s good to see what’s gone on and where the money has gone.

It is no End of an Era but it is a welcome update.
Great idea to all adorn masks.

Looks half arsed to me. Exactly what you’d expect when you’ve repurposed a a slightly wonky prefab type building multiple times instead of knocking it down. You know, like we were promised.
That office with one tiny window looks like a prison cell.
At least we utilised the £12m we saved on the squad. Every cloud.

Last year you could buy Huddersfield monopoly for Christmas.
This year it’s Where Did The PL Money Go? Cluedo.
Hint - it wasn’t Mark Devlin in the Training Ground.

"It's not quite everything that was put into the original plan"
In the same way that Pritchard isn't quite 6'5".

Appreciate the club did the video for us to see. But that is so far away to what we were promised in the original plans. We've literally spunked away every bit of money from our time in the prem. Shocking Filming inside the tank Embarassing

Why are they muzzled up outdoors? So we can't see the smirk on Devlin's face as he describes that complete pile of shit?

I dropped in and out so haven't watched the whole thing
It looks functional to me - it’s not wow affect but equally a lot of the stuff that will really make a difference is there; floodlit desso first team pitch with undersoil heating, tv capture and analysis options (pitchside and in the team theatre). The gym looks rough around the edges but I’m sure it has the right equipment (no doubt there are town fans with sports science qualifications who will know how common place cryotherapy chambers and anti gravity treadmills are ... I literally have no idea!)
They also achieved the aim of getting all the club in the one location
For me it’s not what we were told - which is a shame as the club set different expectations - however it will certainly do the job for a championship side and looks a clear upgrade from pre 2017
Fair play to Town for putting this update together

Can someone please take Devlin to a tailor? Missing cufflinks, oversized suit fit. Not the image of a director that should be portrayed.

It looks a complete shit hole and a large garden shed It looks 100% better than what it did before with everyone having to use Porto cabins but the general public wouldn’t of seen all that . I have been to alot of academies / training grounds and this now looks good , players will want to come now with these facilities which it what I think a lot of ppl don’t understand!

Not what we promised, but far, far better than what we had before. If nothing else, training on decent pitches should have a positive effect on performances.

We're that skint we can't afford to get him a decent one.

OK it's not to the original plans but those plans were put in place when we were in the premier league & before the previous owner called in his £60m loan. It's still a damn good facility, far more impressive than I expected.
