Some poor fell had fallen down the steps and had cracked his head open while the numpties were attacking the Manchester fans, one thing is for certain the young gob shites won't go over to Manchester when they play them over there, not a good advert for Liversedge or none league football. Found out today Liversedge fans got a right hammering at Manchester last Saturday in The F A Trophy, it was always going to happen after what happened at Liversedge, but some women were also on the receiving end of things too, totally unacceptable.

Always keep a check on Liversedge results. Well done yesterday. I watched Malvern Town beat Bradford 8-0 in front of 267 fans, (I kid you not), to go top of the league.

Very late goals have done for Liversedge in quite a few games this season, amongst the fine victories (like saturday) just too many barren spells which gained very few points, it took them ages to get their first home win for example, it can still be done but survival is probabaly beyond them, but like town they live in hope.

How much is it in? (And in the context of other threads, out of interest how much is a season ticket?).

How much is it in? (And in the context of other threads, out of interest how much is a season ticket?). Pay on the day - Adults £10.00, 5-16 yrs £3.00, think there are concessions for over 65's but not 100% sure of price, adult season tickets £180, U16's £50. Can buy online but that means a booking fee so a bit more per ticket, Stafford Rangers at home saturday not sure it will be on though.

Sounds very reasonable that for a good standard of football.

How much is it in? (And in the context of other threads, out of interest how much is a season ticket?). Brad Park Ave who are in the league higher, £14 for adults, £10 for over 65, £3 for under 17 and £1 for under 11s. Walk up prices. £140 for adult season ticket, £125 over 65, £30 under 17 and £10 under 11.

Making a fight of it to try and avoid relegation. 0.4 away win Tuesday night.
Given the Boro game is Towns last home Saturday game of the season, I'll probably be popping down to watch them a few times from here on in.

Sedge making a good go at avoiding the drop, some cracking results lately, pity they took so long to get their first home win otherwise they would be looking comfortable. Interesting that Sedge and Marske the 2 promoted teams are in the relegation zone, both were outstanding last season but have struggled in the higher league this year. On another note, they’re at home tonight against Barnoldswick Town in semifinal of West Riding cup, kick 7.45. Agree that given Town only have one Saturday home game left they might pick up a few more punters!!

Sadly they showed the signs early doors of being a side that came a bit too far a bit too fast and it caught up with them. Some good signings recently for that level - Nathan Cartman's been doing the rounds at steps 2 and 3 for absolutely years, always got a goal in him.
