This team would struggle to stay up in the Championship Instead of sitting and engaging quickly now and again, somebody told them they could play a bit around their own box? Fatal mistake.. Now France are utterly brilliant and all they do is the best ever?  Kick mbappe twice and he gets sent off.. |

Loads of Celtic fans I know love him ! - He’s had a lot more game time since Cal-mac broke down (That’s Callum McGregor not the ferries !) And he appears to be doing just fine among all the agricultural hammer throwing thuggery that passes for normality in good old Scottish Football - He is at the World Cup, way ahead in the (two team) but still at times testing League in Scotland, played in The Champions League And seems to be enjoying life in general... And the most important accolade of them all - He’s a big part of the wonderful history of Huddersfield Town ! |

That's pretty much what I said a few pages back! It was illegal to drink alcohol in a Brazilian stadium prior to the 2014 world cup. It was Illegal after the 2014 world cup. They changed the law for the duration of the world cup at FIFA's behest. Wow, I didn't know that. I bet they didn't even ask Qatar to change their rules. And if I'd have been the Brazilian authorities I'd have told them to piss off. |

Is every world cup from now on going to be centred on LGBT issues, i fkn hope not, irrespective of ones opinion im getting fed up of it, 'one love'..its embarrassing. I'm sure the media will have just as much energy for criticising the treatment of LGBT people in the USA by the time they come round to hosting it. Or not! It's funny because the culture in Qatar is so incompatible with wishy washy gesture politics. The reppression going on there is worse in some ways, but imagine the press reaction if there were homophobic shooting sprees going on there every few years like in America. |

I know this is a 32 team competition, so lots of group games to fit in.
So why are they still playing games from noon when the temperatures will still be pretty challenging?
Surely it's not about having wall to wall TV money?
FIFA wouldn't do that would they?
