Looking at the 7 teams in the mix, we have the manager most equipped to get us out of it, I'd say (along with Blackpool, but they may have too high a mountain to climb).
Wigan = Shaun Maloney - novice Blackpool = Mick McCarthy - loads of experience but 5 points from safety Cardiff = Sabri Lamouchi - never really been in a battle like this before Reading = Paul Ince - joke of a manager Rotherham = Matt Taylor - relative novice, never really been in a battle like this before QPR = Gareth Ainsworth - rate him but at this level he's had no success, relegated with Wycombe
I think we'll finish above Cardiff and Reading. One of them two to go down.

Its all boiling up niceley. Supporting Town is, and always has been a rollercoaster, just sometimes we are at the death end. I don't know which is worse. I bet Sky are licking their greasy chops now about screening Town Reading on the last day. The anti cup final where winner takes all again.

With Reading the last game, it's in our own hands now.
That in itself is pretty incredible

I feel reassured that despite us town fans getting excited we have a man in charge who definitely won't be. Experience will win out here. Said before, we have the best manager in world football for this situation.

He's done all right to be fair to him. I had very much the same thoughts and I think he deserves a bit more credit. The slow slide down the table from them has come from embargos, a wafer-thin squad and injuries as much as anything. One thing I have noticed is that Lucas Joao is apparently fit at the moment. One potential banana skin; he's their X-factor and if he's fit in the run-in he'll give them a whole extra dimension.

Yes! The planets are aligning Aye - well the ‘Mercury’ levels will be at boiling point today with The Reading fans ! - They might be thinking “what a bump back down to ‘Earth’ that is and it’s a right sore boot in ‘M-ars’ and it’s ‘Saturn’ around of some ‘space’ in the points difference, and to The EFL to stick their their points total up ‘Uranus’ !!! 😊 Never mind - with a loosening of their spending restrictions in the close season, they can watch some of their new ‘stars’ at ‘Plough’ lane next season !

Beginning of the season Reading were looking good, potential surprise promotion contenders, the disparity when we played them and lost 3-1 was huge, yep, its a long old season.
