You a correct in that this fixture last season was really poor. However, the difference was that was that at that stage last season, NW had already got some great results and decent performances. It’s not fickle at all. One manager knew exactly what he was doing, the other seems clueless. Didn't you read the memo? Now he's gone, certain posters like to stick the boot into him at every opportunity for some weird reason. All he ever did was keep us up when we were relegation certainties. What a bastard. Oh the irony, what about some posters that constantly stick the boot at the new owner and new manager.... It wasn't a dig at NW, it was a dig at posters throwing negativity at Moore, even with 3 really good results this week, yet the same game last season was a defeat and an even worse performance and it didn't get half the negativity.

Come on then, how do I "constantly stick the boot in at the new owner and new manager"? I praised Moore for the Sunderland performance (the best of his reign so far), and have said fuck all about the Swansea performance. So how am I sticking the boot in? And as for the owner, as I keep saying, and will keep saying, I'll start praising him when he actually DOES SOMETHING. Unlike some on here and you in particular, I wait until someone actually does something before I start showering them with praise.

The most important thing (the transfer window) was a failure though. The squad is paper thin and every time we have a few injuries we can't even name a full bench. I await you blaming Warnock for it all, rather than the bloke with the chequebook.

Why didn't people moan this much over a 1-0 defeat away at Swansea last season? With only 21% and 175 passes. Oh yeah.... NW was in charge. Fickle fuckers. You a correct in that this fixture last season was really poor. However, the difference was that was that at that stage last season, NW had already got some great results and decent performances. It’s not fickle at all. One manager knew exactly what he was doing, the other seems clueless. We’d just got an undefeated 11 points out of Norwich, Millwall, Boro, Watford & Blackburn. Bearing that in mind I think we can forgive the narrow loss at Swansea. NW deserves nothing but credit for last season and fans should rightly celebrate what he did for the club. 🤷🏻♂️

Though I do remember people on here losing their shit with the performance and the loss.

Will be interesting to see the crowd numbers on Saturday... despite a really good week results wise I'm more unmotivated to turn up and endure a another tepid, back to the wall performance this week than last. Despite been a season ticket holder and not missing a Home game I could have got to for over 6 years. I really can't be bothered going. Especially as you can watch games online these days and turn them off when it's dreadful.
I can't be the only one, there must be a good % having the same thoughts.

I see you’re still motivated enough to keep popping on here to inform us how unmotivated you are to go to a Town match. I bet you’re a welcome addition to the Emley fans forum, “UATM” (Up at the mast).

Nope, just because the second half was better than the first half, it doesn't mean it was any good. Sunderland was far better and actually impressive. The Southampton match was dirge.

Definitely is people that have the same thoughts.. I've been doing just that recently. More reasonings behind it than just Town been a little boring mind, however it was an easy decision to make. I'm looking forward to the new year to see what the club can bring in, it sounds like all the relative people know there is work to be done to rectify a poor summer window and I think DM needs the extra resources. One of them bottom 3 teams will start picking up points at some time before the end of the season so we need something to get us over the line, I don't think we would get over it with the current team, even at full strength.

Last time I looked at the league table we were still 1 place above the relegation spots. results have improved but our position has not.

Sunderland did for me, as I wasn't impressed with the Southampton match at all. Assume you went home at half time, if you weren’t impressed with the Soton match. The second half vs Southampton was acceptable, no more, Hardly the gutbusting, all action, attacking football we were promised. The slight improvement in our play was outdone by southampton totally not turning up for the second half, They were alot worse in the second half than we were better. Sunderland was an awful game really and then it was totally outdone by Swansea.... If our plan is to play low block football, Home or Away vs any oppositon, Then ill only be watching it when Ive nothing better to do, Which around Xmas is probably not very often. Need some inspiration in January as Moore seems to have survived until the next bad run.

We have picked up some points in the last three games and DM seems to have settled on a 5-4-1 we do look much better than we did at Hull.
That is just as well because QPR have wone their last two, Wednesday winning and scoring three goals and Rotherham picking up an away point we need to continue picking up points. On top of that we need to improve the squad more than the other teams around us will do.

I gave that one the benefit of the doubt due to their 6 wins in a row and quality in their squad. Game itself wasn't a great watch, had it been against weaker opposition, I'd have felt much differently.
