A number of Bournemouth fans were allowed to stand unhindered by stewards throughout the game.
Double standards by the stadium management.

Yup, same every week, and I know that's my biggest issue with them. They know its double standards, and I'm sure they knowingly and deliberately choose to use 1 rule for us and another rule for away fans.

I totally agree with the sentiments to get that so and so Robinson removed through protest. Hoyle likes to be loved so do the ultimate thing and get rid of the tosser.

OK. I've been against this in the past but am now seated in a great area so wot the hell. The only way to master this is with a protest. If you know the people who are involved with standing up and singing get them to sit down and do nowt - the atmosphere willl be shite and DH will notice this - plus the jobworths won't know what to do wth themselves. Not sure if this is plausible but would be good publicity and prove a point. Not sure how you would go about it but sounds good at this time of night.

Please be assured HTSA & HTFC are working hard on these matters. Not hard enough by the sound of things. Same thing every week. Week in week out and the same old problems, the same old shite dealt out to our fans who shell out their hard earned to go and support Town. We need Robinson out and we need locally recruited stewards, we don't want stewards shipped in from fkn Sheffield !! It needs sorting and quickly or else you'll find fans taking matters into their own hands, protests, folks just not bothering going any more. This is happening at every home game, it's not a problem that going to go away. We need action, starting with getting rid of Robinson who's a complete waste of space and has been for years. We need locally recruited stewards who are trained with a modicum of common sense and fairness. Some of those current stewards are out just looking for trouble. For the good of the club something has to be done and sooner rather than later.

That's very unfair on HTSA as individuals have used their own spare time to look into this issue from both sides. Without knowing what the supporter was being accused of it was very hard for HTSA to take any action and they were also respecting the wishes of the supporter involved.

If the fans somehow get Robinson out, who ever replaces him will do exactly the same.

Anyone got in touch with the club since the game over what happened on Saturday, and the general attitude of stewards, the different rules for the 2 sets of fans, the stewards behaviour making fans reconsider going to home games, etc etc etc? Ok I know HTSA had a meeting with the club recently over the incident v Notts County, and I know another meeting likely won't really achieve much, but I'd like to (maybe rather foolishly) hope that numerous people getting in touch with the club, demanding some sort of proper action etc will do more than just the lot of us complaining on here, where really it's not going to have much of an effect (unless a protest of some sort was organised). Just figure that going down the proper channels might have more of an impact than just talking about the issues on here.

I agree with some of earlier posters--protest of silence or EVERYONE stand up but without full co-ordination this will never happen so I believe the best way is to engage with the club by advertising the fact that if nowt changes we will sit there silently (pretty much like most games then!!!) only cheering/singing for designated period of time if we score (again based on Sat performance highly unlikely) so the club knows we are all en-masse almighty pissed off and wont be treated in this way whilst away fans do what they want. This wont do owt for backing the team but again after Sat will it make a flying fukcs difference

If you want everybody to stand in protest then it will only need about 100 protesters spread around the ground. These hundred simply have to walk along rows as if they might be going to the toilet repeatedly which will make for a lot of standing even for those that do not wish to protest

Why don't we choose a game (I would suggest as said, Oldham) and between now and then we distribute leaflets/flyers and use twitter and facebook to spread the Message. If say 100 put something like 'Stand Up for your rights - Silent Protest Huddersfield vs Oldham' as their last tweet and status on facebook, and we hand out flyers before the game, we can spread the message and at least get the Singing Section to stand silent, it can really be a telling point as to whether the club are interested in having a good relationship with fans.

Just because stadiums are all seaters doesn't mean everyone is going to sit down unless their team is on the attack or scores a goal. Whether people like it or not, that's not the way it works. It might be the way the people in charge want it to work, but as proven at every single ground up and down the land that's either all seater, or has a seating area, that's not the way it works, and quite honestly, it never will.

Odd then that at Cardiff's new ground there is a designated section where those that want to stand can do so in peace. Anywhere else in the ground, anyone standing for more than a minute is spoken to and potentially removed. Town approached Cardiff for how they had done this and how it worked. Full details to present to the stadium and their safety officer. John Robinson refused point blank. It can be done, but he refuses to budge.

The stadium management team read this forum every day and would therefore be ready & prepared for any unrest.

It can be done, but he refuses to budge. The bit in bold doesn't surprise me at all. Robinson and the rest of his cronies can fuck off.

As anyone on here ever had the pleasure of going through the process of signing a behaviour order?
Please PM me if you have.
