Love the cup final jibes. We were actually in a cup final in February. When did the massive Huddersfield Town last make the final of a major cup competition? You've had no real success since the 1920's where most of you lot are still living. The fact is you are more pleased to be playing us than we are you which is pretty sad considering what what a great team you have with a far superior set of fans...*snigger* If you class being humiliated in a cup final where you only managed 1 shot and 1 corner against a lower end premiership club as success it just shows how little of it you've had over the years. Aye it was a terrible day out. Can't believe Parkinson kept his job after failing to bring the cup home. Absolute failure it was. Nothing less than winning it this year will do. I felt so embarrassed watching my club, a 4th tier team, battling it out in a major final that was entered by Man Utd, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal oh and the giants Huddersfield. Humiliated is the only word for it. Really hope we never do it again.

We scored, we had more than 1 shot and 1 corner. What did you do? You did well to get out of your own half and touch the ball. Though I do like how Bradford fans claim success is being thrashed in a cup final barely even touching the ball, and being in the PL then nearly going bust and nearly going out of the league completely. After all, everyone knows true success is losing a cup final and nearly going bust and going out of the league.

Aye it was such a failure wasnt it Parkinson should be shot for it, forget about us beating Wigan (who you lost to) Villa and Arsenal, come back and take the piss when you actually beat teams like that and reach a major cup final. Can't be bothered, even though it is Bradford. Won't be much of a derby atmosphere when we get less than we do for the most average of league matches.
I'll carry on skipping the games with Bradford in second rate competitions and keep hoping we draw them in the FA Cup.

I'd rather have been to the top and fallen than never been there at all.
You've got a multi millionaire owner who likes to "splash the cash" on loan signings. Surviving in the Championship is your clubs ambition as seen by you all masturbating on the pitch with our six fingered friends from Barnsley last season...

Fact of the matter is that nearly going bust and out of the league and getting thrashed in a cup final isn't success.

Erm, let's not forget that we won the Yorkshire Electricty Cup in 94/95!
Yeah, who's jealous now then? Eh? Eh? EH?!

Major cup final? Must have missed that. Knew it was the worst draw possible. Loads of them claiming they are better despite being in a lower division, bigger despite the lower crowds, etc. Already looking forward to it being over ...

However, there must be a reason why virtually no bugger, other than from well within the BD post code supports you, whilst Town get fans from the surrounding areas. I'm happy with the draw, but no more than my Bradford supporting mate.

Don't understand why Bradford fans are on here spouting "Believe" etc when we are a whole division above them, especially when they spent SEVEN seasons in the 4th tier despite have the largest budget by a country mile.

Bloody hell are we gonna have to put up with all these billy big bollocks coming on our boards (says it all really!) all the way up until this game?
Regardless of them being a national laughing stock claiming success having only managed 4 completed passes in 90 minutes and waving sick coloured flags around like morons on live tele it should be a fun game

With the goal difference you had last season we should of been in the league this time. We are on the up and you are not.

Your point being, SEVEN seasons in the 4th tier with the BIGGEST budget, quite pathetic.

You realise last year you also failed to win the FA Cup and the Champions League. Would you not rank these as greater successes than failing to win the League Cup?

I think its cute how cocky the little chickens are now they've finally got up out of the bottom division. There'll be kids in their teens who can't imagine what it's like for Bradford not to be in League 2.

Look, every Town fan would've preferred to have got to the League Cup final despite the result and every Bradford fan would rather be in our position league wise. I'll happily take Town's championship status over being promoted into a league lower than us and getting thrashed 5 - 0. However, some Bradford fans will see it differently and would prefer to do it their way. Not too many though I'd say but to call Bradford's cup defeat an embarrassment is a joke but equally Chicken etc. are a joke to try and gloat about it to us. UTT looking forwards to it

Apparently after Swansea and all the fans had gone home, City went back out onto the pitch, but still couldn't manage a shot on goal.
City deserve credit for a getting to that final. A little league 2 club going all the way to wembley is a great achievement. Its just a shame that having got there, they gave us the worst, most one sided, farcical finals in cup history, of any cup final, anywhere in the world. Swansea could have taken half their team off and they'd still have cruised to a win. But fairs fair, the 7500 fans who turn up week in week out deserved their day in the sun after so many years of utter crap.

I'd rather have been to the top and fallen than never been there at all. Champions 3 times mate, when exactly were you top? You certainly know about never being there. More seasons in the bottom tier than all the other divisions added together. What a sad record for a sad club.
