Got issues with 2,3,4, and 5. 2. 27 points to 26 3. 0 goals conceded to 2 4. Well I've got nothing to say about that 5. Three straight league wins vs 3 straight league defeats, 6 goals conceded in last 8 games vs 16 goals conceded in last 8 games...we have every reason to be very confident of a win. Actually having looked at your post i concede that you really are the Barca of L1

I didn't mean offence operationpig, just passing my opinion which though bluntly put, does reflect the truth. We only played for 20 minutes against Sheff U and contest was over. Their 'attack' and I use the term loosely, was inept. They've put 4 past you at home. Regards Hudders, we haven't even really got going yet this season, but our latest set of stars are bedding in now and our established players like Rhodes and Johnson are the best in the division. Good luck on Saturday. Put 4 past us? Hey I was over the moon with you're 3-0 win.

Thanks, it's been there ever since our last league defeat! My point was that we might draw games but it's not really doing us much harm is it? See the league table for evidence. Too many draws will kill you.

Very much injury prone too. I'm glad we didn't get him back, Madine's a much better player.

Team outside Sheffield? Megson has to totally win over the fans here, Sheffield people like to see good footballing sides but Megsons approach isn't that, however imvho you don't get out of this league playing that way?(passing) He's a no nonsense man, Wednesday thru and thru, if anyone gets in his way they're a gonna. Milans Cash btw, our 30m debt was settled and we can spend now but we're no Man City. There's only one team in Sheffield!!! SUFC!!! A legacy of working with a real Sheffield Fan.. Udders were the same when Warnock was manager but ultimately he gave us the promotion we desired and he was then accepted. Still can't stand Smegson, he's just one of those guys that comments on things he doesn't need to comment on, his comment on SW being equal to us last year were massively overstated. Last year we were miles apart. This year you maybe closer but we'll know more come March TBH I could say the same about Clark, never liked him as a player don't like him as a manager, his so called handshake on Saturday was a joke - however Stevenage are a horrible side so who knows what they did to wind him up, still he should of reacted better, sets a bad example on his players especially when they all need him.

That might be right after all I'm not psychic but I saw Charlton when we got a draw at the valley, we were bad they were awful. If they improve then fair play but I don't see them as automatic. Apparently they were poor and second best for most of the game against the Blades but somehow sneaked a win (not that I was complaining). One win the their last 5 too. I haven't seen Charlton this season so i'm not in much of a position to comment but it looks like they may not be able to grind out the wins. They remind me of us two seasons ago. We would play outstanding football and smash teams by six and seven but would then get bullied out of games and go missing when the pressure was on. I think from what I have seen from teams so far it is us and Wednesday who can win when not playing well. We both play effective football (You a bit more than us) and we both put teams under pressure. I thought MK and Preston would be up there but I think MK will only be in the play-offs and this week will give a big indication as to whether Preston can compete. We won't be selling Rhodes by the way. Getting out of this division is worth everything to us. As a result we will value him much much more than anyone else. Good post and I agree, we have played bad in games and have grinded out results which anyone who wants promotion has to have. Preston have got quite an injury crisis going on with their forwards, Sheff Utd have a chance to get something tomorrow.

1, Wednesday. 2, Huddersfield - - - - - - - - - - - - - 3, Charlton. 4, Preston NE 5, MK Dons 6, Sheff Utd (possible Notts Cty) Outside chance Scunthorpe and Brentford. right teams but I'm not sure about the order. Charlton are better than you make out That might be right after all I'm not psychic but I saw Charlton when we got a draw at the valley, we were bad they were awful. I really don't rate Charlton just seen them a few times and they don't look like a side that will be storming this league, don't get me wrong they'll be up there though. Think we will go up automatically too, might have my blue and white specs on like but our away form lately has been good after a bad start, last three away games won two drawn one. Give us your top 6 then 1, Wednesday. 2, Huddersfield - - - - - - - - - - - - - 3, Charlton. 4, Preston NE 5, MK Dons 6, Sheff Utd (possible Notts Cty) Outside chance Scunthorpe and Brentford.

Yeah, think we might add to our squad too but Megson has stamped the style of play and the strengths we need to get out of this horrible league, I'm not keen on the style but if it means promotion then so be it. The Stevenage result was a turning point. (hopefully) Only team I want to see are you, do not rate Charlton or Sheff United one bit, but then again some teams will say that about us no doubt I think you will finish in the play offs. You've got some good players, (I rate Marshall and Madine) but your away form has been sketchy to say the least. Disagree on Charlton. They've started the season on fire and BWP will always get goals. Don't know if this is true but a Preston mate of mine has just told me Blackpool are putting a bid together of £500k for Gary Madine, just a rumour though. He isn't worth half that. Why is that then?

I like it, but Southampton also have with him but again just a rumour. Why would he go there and play in front of 6k crowds in the championship (possibly L1) when he will be playing in the Championship next year with Wednesday in front of 25k. You confident of going up then?
