Is this something people would be interested in? A lot of the brilliant Man Utd flags down the years have been done by a group called Stretford End Flags, using crowdfunding and then planning designs. There's no reason why we couldn't do the same. It's seems like a cost-effective way of getting some brilliant flags/banners down at the ground and away from home. United bannersUnited player tribute bannersUnited surfersI've been looking at this site and they seem to do some good-sized flags for a reasonable price, they've got the fire certification stuff as well: Footballflags.co.ukIf people were interested we could do a suggested donation of say £10 per person and then hopefully we could raise the finds to get a sizeable flag to take home and away. I've quickly done a couple of flag ideas to give an idea. Just a note, I took the idea for the Thrice logo from this: Not trying to steal it just thought it would look good on a flag so redrew it. The image of Hoyle is a vector and it could be applied to quite a lot of Town photos that perhaps aren't good quality but that we'd like to see blown up on flags. Let me know what your thoughts are about this.

Good mock ups, feel we need a Dean Hoyle one. Even though he knows he has the full approval of fans, it would be a touch of class for the man, once just a fan, now the owner with a flag as a thank you. What about some sort of Leeds Road Home Of My Dreams flag? Bring in a bit of history to the ground and for youngsters to ask parents/grandparents what the flags mean, thus blabbing on with stories about the "old days" and educating them. Maybe a Herbert Chapman one too like United have the Busby one? Many options, depends what folk think

Thinking like a 'Just Giving' type thing- but assuming that'd require a charitable cause?

Great idea, 20ft x 12ft is massive though and you might encounter problems getting that into some grounds.
What other sizes do they do?

I'd chip in
You'd have no trouble finding 60 people to put £10 in each to get two 20ft x 12ft flags
The problem would be who takes on the job of carting it to away games, as it isn't like you can carry it in your back pocket

Fair play to Man Utd allowing those banners to cover up so much potential advertising space. Town aren't in a financial position to allow that though, so slim chance of seeing them draped over the front of the FM Upper

You'd have to bear in mind sponsor/advertising boards- we wouldn't be able to cover any of these up, and considering they're all over the place we'd probably have a job on draping it over anything. Best bet would be over the seats I think.

I designed and drew the original logo you have used for the top three suggestions. Not too pleased to see them redrawn although I know you were just doing it as a concept, kind of feels like someone stealing my work though.
It is a logo though so not sure what they think of this?
If you did use it I'd much appreciate using an original version, no offence to your artwork but hopefully that's understandable.
