Is he a poor version of Scott Twine? no totally different player than twine, kasumu is a box to box player, hard working lad who would suit us but I reckon he is off to Swansea

Why are we leaving it until the last few days? If we thought he was good enough at the end of August surely we felt the same at the start of the month. Or were we hoping to low ball MK late in the window in the hope they panic and accept We first bid for him in July Going back to this, if Maynard said we bid for him last July you can be sure we're keen to take him out of contract now. We don't lose interest that easily once a player has been identified. Assuming there's compensation needed as he's 22?

Is he a poor version of Scott Twine? Given how Nicholls has done, I'd rather we sign the guy Twine was keeping out of the side!

I have no idea why anyone would care what a footballer's accent was. I wouldn't care even if he sounded Lancastrian if he did a good job for us.

According to twitter :- Swansea City are no longer interested in signing MK Dons midfielder David Kasumu. The Nigerian midfielder is still a target for Huddersfield Town, who are aiming to take advantage of his expired contract. MK Dons have made him an offer, but he is not accepting.
Just Twitter but could be one we are hoping for.

Other than perhaps his injuries this season, or maybe even the departure of Marsh, I don't see why we would have cooled on him since this time last year.
High potential for what would end up being a relatively modest fee at tribunal - great energy, loves a tackle and can play - just needs to stay fit.
