Can't knock KN, he has delivered on what he has promised. On paper, the squad looks so much better already, if we stay up this season, our match day squad should never look like it has been quite a bit this season, it simply is nowhere near good enough, we have been warned, let's hope we heed it.
However, let's look forward & hope this is the start of the turnaround of our club's fortunes.

What’s the deadline to sign him so he’s involved tomorrow? Is it 12pm? Yes. He's available for selection & will remain so until he inevitably gets injured. Falling over on the way to the press conference

Our 2 new signings suffer clash of heads in training, both out for 12 years due to concussion protocols

The only caveat to this is, all the new signings need to be available before can say DM needs to go. We can’t use the fact we’ve signed these players to call for his job if results don’t improve if they haven’t played.

There should be enough available starting tomorrow with returning and new players to see an improvement in tactics and intent to win games. If there isn’t over the next couple of weeks he has to go. Kevin has done his part, we’ll see how well Cartwright has spent Kevin’s money as well.

It’s more the POV that they aren’t even available. But the not gelling is no excuse for me. If has them all available or most of them and still no improvement or at least looking like something different then has to go

Seems madness to be paying so much for someone who was out of contract in the summer and hasn't done much since. I'd have been fairly happy if it was loan with a view to permanent but this just feels risky for a 29 year old with fitness issues Then when we fail to sign someone we can't out bid x y or z

So the expectations can’t change.

We won’t be paying 2million, no way. Especially considering that we couldn’t get anywhere near his wage demands in summer. There’s no way he’s going to be taking a pay cut to join us and no way that we’d pay his current wages on top of a 2 million fee. This will be a classic case of Watford offloading someone who doesn’t suit them and us happy to run with the speculation of us paying 2 million to show that the club is putting its hand in its pocket. Don’t let that take away from the business we are doing though. Really Happy with the signings and rationale within this window. Pacey centre back, athletic CM, goalscoring strikers. No excuses for Moore anymore, if he doesn’t deliver in the next two games then he’s got to go. 2 games ! He won’t be going anywhere in the near future. Ooooppps
