I know mate, I wouldn't take it personally. There was the same kind of crap last season written about Brighton and their 'inevitable' slip up. bloody dont mate, dont worry about that, sheff weds used to be my prem team back then, went a fair few times, went to the game when you played liverpool first time after the disaster, think you won one nil,but the arrogance some of you are showing is a fooking joke.makes you look like the yiddos. F**k me it's the Internet pal, things like this go on all over, on every single board, lighten up ffs.

Hmmm fair enough, not seen you that much apart form a bit of a live stream against Swindon ;D. Looking forward to assessing the two teams above around us on Monday. Did you not see us last season when we arseholed you twice??? Course not! You dont go to games do you, instead you prefer to spend all your time on a rival teams forum. 1 game played more than us and only one point in front. You lot really are massive aren't ya!! :fish: Hilly, you are making your sen look a fool mate harping on about last seasons wins against us, we were dog s**t under Irvine, anyway I mean it was hardly a good for you in the end was it? Take a chill, or are you under pressure?

You have a point about the beast (fat beast now) but is he really the type of player to slot into your style of play? I'm not sure. Bruce, lol not even worth talking about all I'll say is he's a liability in defence and will give free kicks and pens away, I really hopes he plays against us. I think he may do. He is similar to Alan Lee so we shouldnt have to adapt too much. His role will be to hold the ball up bringing Rhodes, Roberts and Arfield into the play and he will be there to get on the end of crosses from Roberts, Hunt and Arfield. We aren't the pretty football side that people seem to think we are either. Hmmm fair enough, not seen you that much apart form a bit of a live stream against Swindon ;D. Looking forward to assessing the two teams above around us on Monday.

Few years ago they would maybe not now...Parkin is unbelievably unfit but he might (if he gets fit that is) still be able to do a job in this league, Bruce, lol honest why you signed him i really don't know. Parkin's game doesn't really rely on fitness or pace. He would be in your team instead of the lower league/ non-league journey man Ryan Lowe. I'm unsure about Bruce too but he is the the player who played 6 games for you about 8 years ago. He has been playing in the championship for the majority of his career so must be decent. Hello all, look thanks for the congratulations you shouldn't of, Just to let you know that the 1-0 scoreline flattered Orient it really should of been 5-0. Clean sheet though, point above you now, in the automatic spots so Mondays game for you is massoosive! I'll be watching to see how good you really are and Megson will do a bit of scouting on you. Once again thanks for the congrats, looking down on you Roll on the 17th Blimey, do you live next door to Hillsborough. The first thing you think of after a home win is coming on here. Can't you go for a pint or summat. Or are you just Obssessed with us. :appl: :appl: :appl: ;D ;D ;D :celebrate: :udders: :nopity: : : : :

Fade? why we had a bad start, lost 3 games had a blip at Carlisle but het we're second, it's November and still a way to go. We had Madine, Buxton, Jones missing and Watt wasn't even in the squad.

I'd go more for Ben Marshall: he is a class above everyone else in this division, and would walk into most Championship teams too. Very worried we'll lose him in permanently; can't see him coming back Stay kin positive ffs!

Amazed you have signed this sh** player, in L1 he was utter dog s**t for us, was better for leeds in championship though but at this level he just fouls way way too much, very surprised with your loan signings.
Serious comment btw.

How are you gonna cope with this now Operation Pig and where are the goals gonna come from now!? Lowe, O'Grady, Marshall, Lines etc, now this new lad looks very promising, Madine will be a miss but we have strength in other areas.

With all due respect to the Wednesday fans on here I can't help but think you're just a shade jealous of what we have in our chairman (a genuine boyhood fan)... I've no ill will to your club but when comparing Chairmen do you think Milan will see this as a long term business strategy (ie 5-7 year business plan as Dean Hoyle probably does), or is he just focused on buying your debt for a quid, making some shrewd acquisitions good enough to get you into a higher league, sell your best players, pocket the additional TV money that the championship will bring and then leave you in another down-cycle? Pretty much what I'm expecting Ken Bates to do over at Leeds... Whatever happens at Town it won't be for a lack of trying, nor will it be shameless asset stripping when the time is right... Don't be stupid, we all know Milan isn't in it for the long haul, but after ten years of absolute turmoil he rescued us from administration possibly even worse, yes it's nice that you have a decent chairman/fan, but why should we be jealous? what have you achieved under him to make us so jealous? We are now debt free and are in a solid financial state should a billionaire want to take over from Milan. This wasn't possible before.

Hi everyone, Charlton fan here...I'm 64 and come in peace. Lived in the town in the late 60's and still have great affection for it and it's people. Sorry about some of our fans but there are twats on all forums. I'm here that I can laugh along with you when we both go up and the Wendy's don't...yes I do go to their forum and boy have they got a problem with us. Think it will be tough for us on Monday because of JJ's hamstring and a bitch that it's not on a Saturday, but we all have to bow down to the God that is Sky. Hope you don't mind me cluttering your board but at least at my age I'm never going to get out of my tree...after all, it's only a football match... May the best man team win! Happy days You should introduce yourself on our site too, you never know you might get the entrance fee at half price, :nopity:

Serious question, read an artical about it and got me thinking it may put you under more pressure to 'cap it off' Just a thought though. How many articles have you ever read about your own club yet I bet you don't start a thread on your forum everytime. Whats that got to do with it? so what I'm in your house :hi: and go to the toilet without asking, so call me rude : :

In all seriousness mate it was just a few years ago that all the Piggie United fans were saying the very same about their lifelong Blade fan that was McCabe, but look what happened to them, never say never, anything could happen, and yes, you maybe a million time more stable then you have probably ever been but you never know what's round the corner. I think the difference with us is the chairman is already planning the moves to self sufficiency. Sheff United had very big ideas when they got into the Premiership, they were even going to make their kop two tier, all fell like a pack of cards.

Though my point was simple Terrerng, seems too advanced for you so I will spell it out. Both our clubs lived well beyond thier means, ran up debts they coudnt pay,You went into admin, we all but did. You have a new chairman and havent learnt a thing, Paying way over the odds for third class footballers. Now Mr Hoyle may well have very deep pockets and get you to the so called promised land.Where tickets cost silly money, but it cant possibly last .Just ask any Blackburn fan who thought Uncle Jack would take care of them forever. Milan may or may not bank roll us up the league, but me I want clubs to only spend what they bring through the turnstiilles and half of that should be spent on kids football.Maybe then the prawn sandwiches and carllos kickaballs would piss off and we stands would be full of real fans again, who cant sleeps nights waiting for saturday If you think Dean Hoyle is going to leave Town in any financial ruin then you are very much mistaken. He is investing in far more than the playing squad, something which will see us operate on a steady basis for a number of years to come In all seriousness mate it was just a few years ago that all the Piggie United fans were saying the very same about their lifelong Blade fan that was McCabe, but look what happened to them, never say never, anything could happen, and yes, you maybe a million time more stable then you have probably ever been but you never know what's round the corner.

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D You are relying on Rhodes too much, what if he gets injured against Charlton or sent off? ;D Oh of course you didn't know did you? we have another striker in double figures, Supernovak + the new signing. ;D I'm more glad that Lee isn't playing then even rhodes, Alan Lee has scored every time he has played against us so relieved.

Sheffield Wednesday have completed the signing of Spanish defender Miguel Llera from Blackpool on an emergency loan deal. The 32-year-old, who will stay with the Owls until January 2012, is set to go straight into the squad for Saturday's home game with Leyton Orient. Llera arrived in English football in the 2008/09 season when he joined MK Dons from Spanish side Hercules. The big centre-half moved to Charlton for the following campaign, where he played alongside current Wednesday midfielder Jose Semedo. Blackpool signed Llera in August and he had a spell on loan at Brentford earlier this term, making 12 appearances for the Bees. Llera is the second player to join Wednesday in as many days following the arrival of defender James Tavernier on loan from Newcastle pretty sure that says emergency loan for llera, and i do hope jones is playing you cant complain then when rhodes and novak murder your back 4, and aslong as we give no freekicks or corners away we should be ok against your long ball tactics ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D You are relying on Rhodes too much, what if he gets injured against Charlton or sent off? ;D

Are Huddersfield under pressure to win L1 title? With their record breaking season surly it has to be sealed with Town winning the title or else no one will really remember this season as Huddersfelds record breaking season.
Just a thought.

Milan agreed a deal with them that if they wanted the debt paid in full they should shave some money off the debt, I think i'll try that in Sainsbury's on Saturday - if you want me to pay that in full you'll have to knock some off. Wonder if it'll work... So you do go to the shops with the missus then on Saturday - you soft lad :red:
