Well the second season has started and I have advanced to the top 50. Still some way to go. I suspect the entire league now has Haaland as captain. I hope he gets a hatrick today with KDB assisting all of them.

If a member decides to delete their account then everything about them is deleted. Their posts remain but you cannot attribute them to an individual. Are there any stats for 'liked' posts, Keith? I wonder who has the most 'likes'. I'm thinking, of latter years, dugnet and Maynard Blue will be up there. Slapps and Otium, top 5 too, I'd guess. Likes are not monitored so I cannot give you a figure. Its just a simple allow or disallow the like function. |

Thinking of Scoffa, I got to thinking of Town fans who've been on TV quiz shows. Scoffa was on The Weakest Link, there used to be footage of that online but I can't find it. Snow was on Pointless for two days running with his lovely daughter. And Oti once claimed to have been on 15 to 1, a claim I honestly don't doubt for one minute. Are you referring to the Pikey Sambuca Bar? That's the one, Keith. I wasn't much of a contributor myself but it was an entertaining read and valuable for the Millbridge crew organising travel and whatnot. Great set of lads. And it got funny in there. Well as its Christmas.... |

I really need to take a look at my life! Was 2007 when DATM started or when Geoff moved DATM off a different hosting format onto this current one ( pro boards) I might be totally wrong there, but I have it in the back of my head that happened at some point. Sure I was on here before 2007 but I might be imagining that. It was 2007 when this Proboards site was created. You were the 37th member. I was still a 606 person back then ( I think) |

Good day all. As we try to recover from the excess of Christmas and the jubilation of a rare three points at Deepdale, I thought I would share with you some interesting facts as we approach a monumental marker in DATMs rich history. The current total post count stands at 2,975,304 (including this one). This means that some lucky person is going to make DATM history by making the three millionth post. The site generates about 300 posts a day so it will be some time in the New Year. The first post made by the site creator and 1st member - Geoff, geoffhudds- was made on the 4th of December 2007. You will be pleased to know, that although he hasn't posted much in the last 15 years, Geoff still is an active member and recently signed on this month. The second ever member was ossett1terrier another non prolific poster, having managed just 160, but I am pleased to say is also a frequent visitor. In the bronze medal place is SN0W who signed up just 42 minutes after Geoff - still a top contributor about to hit the 20,000 post mark. Today there are 16,519 registered members, although 572 have an account but have never logged on or posted, which means active members stand at 15,947. Between us we have started 102,560 Threads....no wonder the admins get touchy about meaningless thread creation. I haven't checked, but I suspect a lot of them are still there for you to go back and bump one day. The top three posters are Chips Longhorn - 58,201 ( and contrary to popular belief is not banned) Captainslapper - 38,289 Porrohman - 37,704 I will do my best to identify the lucky poster, you can consider yourself a GTF equivalent in Town history. Given that this looks like a US based case, surely they’re reacting to a much wider infringement? Hesgoal does a lot more than the EPL and EFL of course. Are we the unfortunate collateral damage here, or is English football at the heart of this closure? Imagine if you asked each of the PL footballers to take a 15% pay cut (or something pro-rata to earnings) so that supporters could enjoy cheaper subscription services. I wonder what their response would be? I’m not blaming them of course, just highlighting that without the insane wages that some of them get, the TV deals might not be in the £bn’s every time they come up for renewal. They show all the NFL games as well as the US PGA golf. I suspect its the NFL that has complained. But instead of saying Hey don't show our stuff like the Pl and UEFA did, they shut it down |

I can’t believe a first team player wouldn’t bust a gut in a b team fixture in front of nobody whilst the a team sun it up and there’s a World Cup on. Throw him to the dogs! That seems to be his attitude. Why bother? Ive been shit this season.. Im out of favour for not putting enough effort in,... so why bother putting any effort in? Its only a B team game..No ones watching anyway ( apart from everyone on DATM and the manager and his coaches who'll watch a recording of it .. and all these young lads Im playing with who might look up to me a bit ) So yeah, if thats the case we dont need players like that. I would like a 4-1-4-1 formation with Hogg either dropping back to make a back 5 so Thomas doesn't have to, or pushing up into center mid to allow Rudoni to get further up Turton Lees Helik Naka .........Hogg......... Thomas Kasumu Camara Rudoni ........Ward....... Bring on Rhodes, Tino, Holmes as imapct subs How is this possible when two of that back 4 are injured aren’t they?
