Firstly apologies for the misinterpretation...
With regards to RL
- they have chosen the following
Town on DAB Leeds on FM Bradford on MW
Going forwards our games are on DAB but if there isn't a clash of fixtures we will be broadcast on DAB and FM and or MW simultaneously
They are aware of our and our fans feelings and have agreed to monitor and review the service as we progress.
They do pay for the broadcast rights
If you are unhappy then write to RL
We will continue to monitor and review the relationship

I totally get it - i am on your side always have been and always will be. This is one the marcomss team will monitor but if you are unhapppy then write to Radio Leeds. Make your point known to them. if there is a groundswell they need to respond. For me I just dont appreciate comments like 'weasel words and fcuking pathetic statement'. I think you may have misinterpreted. He was referring to hoping that you hadn't invested/wasted too much time with RL as THEY have come back with the 'pathetic statement' that essentially states that THEY will do nothing. i hope so - but only one person can say if I have. And if I have my apologies....

weasel words! Nice comment - thanks! I have done all I can with BBC Radio Leeds. If you want to meet to discuss in more detail then my door is always open. Sean 19 pages about this Sean .. I know at times we can be hypersensitive and hypercritical but this has hit a nerve .. Leeds play at a different time to us and Bradford most of the time .. for Bradford to have FM and AM at these times is really really poor .. I know you know .. I just hope like radio Leeds, you review arrangements as the season goes on I totally get it - i am on your side always have been and always will be. Weasel words. They're gonna have to do a lot better than that. weasel words! Nice comment - thanks! I have done all I can with BBC Radio Leeds. No conspiracy theory... Just simply, we have some paperwork to complete and then circulate to all our board members to confirm the official number.
Simple
Anyway thanks to those that have bought and supported the campaign
See you on Saturday

Hi all
I have posted a message on Facebook about the last push for Season Cards - combined with our TV ad which I saw on SkySports HQ this morning (and will run till Monday) - please continue to support your club and get the message as far and wide as you can.
We have had some slight technical issues this morning with mobile devices but are resolving this with Ticketmaster as a matter of urgency. If you still want a season card then either call 01484 484123 or can't get through then email me personally and I will ensue our Ticket Office deal with your Season Card enquiry. Purchasing online via PC should be ok
With regards to the number we hope to announce it shortly after the campaign has closed subject to board approval.
Thanks for your support and please for this last weekend - get that message across with regards to the Wagner Revolution and our Season Card offer

That's a good point, a load of people will cancel other things and just pay the £20 because it's cheaper and they'll get higher priority than those who fork out say £150 a year on the other schemes like BWF. I await "Jarv's" self congratulatory posts on Facebook about this little promotion and see what sort of flak comes his way Er..... No.

I 'get' the sponsorship stuff..and realise it's a vital source of income for the club...and it's Sean Jarvis's job to maximise this. He told me once his target set by Dean was £1m ..and that this bar would be raised when he got there. But....it has to blend in with the traditions of the club, the traditions of our kit , not the other way round. if you kit the players out in pale blue and lemon (for example) then this, for me, detracts from the traditions of the club. Sponsors should have to work around our traditions, not the other way round. So, let's have our proper colours back and let us play in them home and away whenever we can. If we have a colour clash okay, but otherwise...it's the traditional blue and white stripes please. Sadly our situation is never as easy as that, we need to create every penny we can to compete. As always happy to chat about this either one to one or at one of the forums I attend. 9 years of commercial growth must mean we are doing something right ;-) For the record I am a big traditionalist too ;-)

...and the new kit looks like ........................? We've just got to pray that Jarvis has nothing to do with it. Recently, he looks like he's got dressed in the dark using David Dickinson's wardrobe. Less is more, Sean. “A man should look as if he’s bought his clothes with intelligence, put them on with care and then forgotten all about them" - Hardy Amies ha - brilliant "Any amount of time you spend criticizing others is time you could spend improving yourself" Nate Miller ;-)

Hi all Just for a bit of clarity... I personally was made aware of this decision late last night so don't know the full picture. Our representatives on the Safety/events panel will be aware. However.... To imply it's the corporate boxes that have imposed this is wrong. In fact I can say that I have not been made aware of any single negative comment made by any of the boxes on such matters. Additionally I would say that many of the box holders (all of the holders are Town fans) encourage the flags and atmosphere - for example Mark Young of John Walton Limited is a big advocate of the efforts being made. So please don't jump to conclusions. To imply this is a sole decision made by the Club is also incorrect. My understanding is that this decision is made by the events/safety team. Which comprises of a number of organisations - including our reps whom I am sure work hard on our/your behalf. However when a decision is made wether we agree or disagree we have to adhere to it. Perhaps the reasoning behind it will prevail in due course. Possibly at the next ATT panel meeting? To date - that's all I am aware of. Now from a commercial directors point of view ;-) - gutted these aren't allowed in but.... Can I suggest bringing or better still buying a for today for the club shops - putting it on your wrist and giving it some! UTT Sean

Hi all Don't often come on here but just wanted to share this one whilst I am enjoying a cuppa (Town Tea I hasten to add!).... All of these products are produced by local businesses (who are also fans of the Club) that are equally passionate about their products and what they do. We have worked with them over a very short period of time to get their products where possible onto our shelves. In fact I, and I know the retail team are, really proud to be supporting not only Town fans but their local businesses in the local economy. The impact of these sales may be small but we are making small steps nonetheless. It goes without saying that we hope these are successful for the Club (and in turn them) and we can continue to stock the products for years to come. And of course if they are successful, it can only benefit the business concerned at the local economy (hopefully creating jobs). I also hope these businesses can sell their products (having gone through the tough pain barrier of working with us!) to other Clubs. I know two of them are talking to a v large club at the minute. So as a consequence I would like to thank..... Fab 4 (HTAFC Partner) Owen Scott (HTAFC Partner) Helena Pielachalty I-enjoy Holmfirth Tea House of Scarra Tog 24 Daniel Gee Jonathan Hildred You have all been brilliant to work with and your and our vision has made it become a reality. These are small steps but least we are making them together. Thanks for your support and UTT!

DATMers
I promised I would feedback on response from Sodexo.
I cant comment on current service or product (i.e pies, beers etc). We have, as usual, provided our feedback (collated from our supporters) and for info, have called for a formal meeting with KSDL (and Sodexo) to discuss the Leeds fixture in particular. We are looking to have 3 representatives at that meeting (including 2 Directors).
I can however comment on a positive meeting this evening with Sodexo on the possibility of exploring local suppliers. At the meeting we have discussed opportunities that may exist. We have also discussed opportunities that are possibly not open to us. With regards to Seabrooks - I have advised that Sodexo provide their feedback direct to you as this was originally discussed and suggested on this board. I will leave with them to feedback.
Positively we are now exploring a local supplier that we (Town) have suggested that could be a positive step. Hopefully we can overcome any barriers to try and make this work. Again I will try an bring you developments as they happen. If nothing else I do see this a positive step and hopeful we can benefit (including the local economy).
As I say I am unable to comment on current service, products etc due to us asking for a formal meeting.
Regards and UTT

Just caught up on the comments.
The stadium catering is on our agenda and we bring this to the KSDL board at every meeting. We are very strong in our comments on them good or bad. Yes we are 40 % shareholders - but the other 60% seem content - but obviously difficult for me to comment on thier behalf. Why not ask them (Giants and KSDL for thier views) ?
KSDL and thier staff - appointed Sodexo - we feedback to both KSDL and Sodexo. They have to make the changes to improve. They are sadly not accountable to us - that's where sometimes it can be frustrating.
Would it surprise you that I have requested the contract for Sodexo but have been refused to have sight of it by the MD of KSDL? I personally disagree with thier approach to this but in fairness they will have thier reasons which you have to respect.
PPG Canalside is answerable to us - we are 100% in control of its destiny - the food is bought by us - using TFS and Haighs - both partners of Town and local companies. Interestingly we had a complaint last night about the food and service. We will now investigate why and how and will put things in place to make sure this is a one off.
Back to the stadium ... I can only give you my word we are doing everything we can to apply pressure/feedback in a professional manner to improve our fans lot on catering. And will continue to do so. The companies that are involved in the stadium have to have the same desire too. I hope they have.
For info I have had a reply from Sodexo on a local supplier and whilst they haven't said they will immediately make it happen they have said they will keep me in the loop prior to making a change. I will keep you informed!
To be fair I see Sodexo's comment on DATM (which we were unaware they were going to do) a positive step. I hope they continue to make them.
Finally - I am definitely up for a burger (I did buy one a while ago - and the experience was very poor!). We also have people around the stadium as mystery shoppers - this research is undertaken by our Supporters Partnerships Dept and is fed back also.
Happy to meet whoever on a matchday to see first hand again - if you want.
Great win yesterday and CC defo meant that!

Agree with FMUK - lets get back to the point and let's see what happens.
However in response to your post - don't worry we have balls!!!. I wish you could see what we see
Sadly they are not accountable to us - they are to KSDL (v complex deal). They are not a partner of HTAFC they are a partner of KSDL who provide catering on our matchdays. We DONT put up with it but we have little power to change them - it is Sodexo that have to drive change with KSDL despite us demanding change.
Hopefully this dialogue with the supporters is a first step - I look forward to the positive changes being implemented.

You make some good points.
The feedback forms are very extensive - one of the commercial team is responsible for collating them and has a large folder
Don't know on Sodexo wanting to make them public - I guess we should ask them - seems only fair Rest assured we don't hide and we are looking for a catalyst of change. I agree with us being the sole point and sometimes that is the frustrating bit - some of the services that provide the total Matchday are not under our control and very difficult for us to change them - but we want change, we want improvement. I wish you could see what is said/discussed on a daily basis to help our supporters but naturally that is v difficult
Defo not deflection.
Sadly I can say it till I am blue in the face - we want change and are doing what we can to try and get it. But sometimes it wrong to was dirty linen in public - you just have to trust us.

If this company (& senior management at the club) are serious about wanting to provide a decent product & a realistic alternative for more customers the first thing they should do is send senior managers "undercover" to see the whole experience for themselves...they would soon see the problems. I refuse to pay ridiculous prices for awful products served by incompetent/cant-be-arsed staff. I'm positive that neither Deano, nor a senior representative from this customer could honestly actually claim to have enjoyed the catering & think it decent value for money...I'm afraid that neither the club nor the catering company actually care enough to do something about the situation, yet in reality how hard is it to produce a decent pie & peas at a reasonable price? Just back from London and I have and continue to watch this thread with interest. Some great ideas and comments from our supporters and I hope Sodexo implement them. Feedback and engagement with supporters and the Club on this subject is to be welcomed. I am afraid I do completely disagree with the comment that the CLUB (I can't comment for Sodexo but by the nature of thier two posts demonstrate a positive step) do not care about the subject. In fact it is just the opposite we (the Club) care very much! Each week we provide Sodexo with our feedback from the boardroom to the terraces. We have those documented and would be happy to share those if you wanted to meet me at the club. Each week we hope they improve. Equally we have been champions of local produce and would welcome Sodexo working with us on our Partners ( I.e. haighs - who invest in your club to be a partner and are big Town fans) or potential partners. I have indeed sent an email to Sodexo this evening to help create a win win win situation for the Club, the fans and indeed them. I await their response. We also provide our feedback to the KSDL board meetings and insisted in the last board meeting that the comments we made on Sodexo were included. We also provide feedback to Sodexo that is given to us by mystery shoppers implemented by the football league. This is excellent independent feedback. On the reports given the catering has sadly been the underperformer and scored points below other parts of the business - this is something we want to change - but is not under our control as opposed to retail or the lotteries for example. What's more Dean is a champion of value for money and that includes the terraces and the experience of fans. Lastly for clarity it is KSDL that appoint the caterers and are ultimately responsible for their performance. We suggest and welcome dialogue to Sodexo but they will make thier own choices including prices as per their contract with KSDL. As I say we really do hope they listen to what you have said and work closer to the club on local produce - this ultimately helps the local economy and local employment. Once again we care a lot about the experience provided - it is Very important to us and to imply otherwise is wrong. Rant over Sean
